Got Patrycja's number from a former colleague who also bought the property with her. I expected her to be good, knowing my colleague, and Patrycja has exceeded my expectations by far.
She has been there each moment we needed her. She spent many hours with us, taking us through things and always doing so in a patient and professional manner.
Halfway through our property purchase, I had already suggested her to a friend of mine who was stuck in her property purchase journey.

Fantastic service from Ellie & Chloe at Trinity Finance, we were looking to remortgage & get a mortgage so dealing with more than one lender was daunting but I have to say how professional, knowledgeable, on the ball & friendly Ellie is, she knows her stuff that’s for sure, and Chloe gave 1st class service throughout. They kept us fully up to speed with everything & both mortgages went through exactly the same time without a hitch and stress free. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience so far, I'm currently using Trinity Finance as our Mortgage Broker. As a first time buyer, it can be really daunting not knowing what happens next, but Abs, has been really helpful and understanding. He responds in a timely manner, and thoroughly explains everything until you do understand.

I would highly recommend Trinity Finance. I worked with Dean and Vince in what was far from a straight forward mortgage application. Both worked diligently to get the application over the line, and were excellent at communicating and keeping me up to date of the process.

We dealt with Dean and Vince at Trinity Finance regarding a mortgage for our new home. Great explanations of what needs to be done, as a first-time-buyer I really needed a detailed guide on how to acquire mortgage, and Alasdair was great help.
I think we've landed on the best option I could get.
The fee is very reasonable for "peace of mind" that you get.

Lisa and Chloe have been great, always quick and clear on their communications and have made what can be stressful fairy painless.

Absolutely amazing, professional and friendly service from trinity finance cannot recommend enough. Had the pleasure of working with Melanie who has made this so easy and stress free. As someone who is a first time buyer and completely out my depth with all this Melanie has been brilliant explaining and going through everything throughly and any questions or queries always got back to me straight away. Found trinity finance on google after being messed around with by a previous mortgage broker who was allergic to his phone and didn’t seem too interested with sorting anything out, so we really struck gold with Melanie who in a week had us further along than the previous broker had in a month. Me and my partner both work shifts so keep odd hours so this usually makes it harder to sort anything out, but Melanie worked round us and has been calling us evenings, nights, and weekends, really has gone above and beyond. Again cannot recommend this company enough.
