I wanted to give it zero star but unfortunately it was not possible.
I am paying them a lot of money to advertise my listings and they have made me crazy with their so called Customer service. From long long time my listings are not visible for people searching on the map and it seems so difficult for their customer service members to understand.
I have brought up this issue several times in the past years but never got an intelligent response and it never got resolved. I started to ask them again from the past week but without hope. They say my listings should be seen in more than 10 Tripadvisor website and maps.

They have been shooting my emails to each other and each time I receive an irrelevant response that clearly shows that nobody cares about what I really wrote in my email. I have sent them screen shots and every thing that can help but who cares..

I have told them hundred times that it is not visible for people searching on the map and what they do is that they go inside my account and make a screen shot of the map inside my account and say it is visible!!!! Very clever, no??

I have been forwarded from Sanjeev Thapa to Rodrigo, then Neeraj, then Sreejith Nair, then Miguel and the last one so far was the Girish Rajani that I wanted to die after this final response. It made it clear that once they are paid their annual fee they DO NOT care at all what problems you are experiencing and they DO NOT instruct their customer service AT ALL.

They all apologize and pretend to understand my concerns. Don get fool, they are saved messages and are sent to you automatically.
I recommend anybody who is not in this circle yet, do not enter.

I have reviewed tripadvisor concerning direct contact and i guess I am contacted by som computer after one person has responded to my rewiew whilst tripadvisor has not. As mentioned before, tripadvisor ought to have some way of direct contact with customers using their service. That Querry used on their site is useless, that ought to be improved in case we have to use their service fx paying for flats abroad from private owners etc.

Good tool to research
