For me it is importen to seek information before I do anything regarding travelling.

Everything i wish but poor coverage in some countries

I think Tripadvisor is a credible way to control what other than I think.

Reviews are provided by private individuals and not as advertisements. I myself are always 100% sincere and objective in my reviews.
Is it good - then the place will know. Is it less good - then they will know that too.

I am aware of the risk that some establishments may write positive reviews for marketing purposes. However, based on the total number of reviews, I imagine that I discern these.

Well, I often check Tripadvisor - but I do not read others' reviews blindly.

My own opinion is always more important - and that's what my reviews on Tripadvisor are based on.

The comments are often helpful and guiding.

I usually check Tripadvisor before a trip abroad or visiting a restauarant in the city I am at just that time. Very usuful information and has also recommended this to all my friends!

The fact that I have spent time on writing over 30 reviews on TripAdvisor serves as a good rating of this site in itself. I find TripAdvisor useful myself when I plan trips to new places: I look out for what there is to see and how other people feedback on these venues. It happened a few times that I contacted support for corrections regarding items described on the site. These were resolved satisfactorily, although sometimes with some delay.

Great community site, especially for planning not-so-common destinations

What used to be a share community is now a full blast comercial site to sell hotels and flights and so on. Not my piece of cake and softly moving out.

TripAdvisor is useful, but when TripAdvisor moves into selling or promoting hotel rooms, I begin to loose confidence in your activities.

Great app! Always use it whilst traveling! Doesn’t tell what’s ongoing that time when you visit, more a generall guide to that place you want to visit.
