A fantastic and friendly team which provided a comprehensive training programme, including video diagnostics, technical skills training and a good volume of exercise across all disciplines

Denise was lovely and very knowledgeable. I got so much out of my session, plenty of food for thought and to take forward to my own swimming.
I enjoy this session so much and the knowledge and help I received, that I am going forward to book more.

I set myself the challenge of completing an Ironman 70.3 with no triathlon background. When I started training I had never swum outdoors, I had only owned a bike for a few months, and I had never cycled further than 20km.
My coach Denise built a plan that fitted around work and dad life. She adapted the sessions when needed and with her support I reached my target.
On the day I felt strong and was on track for a time I never thought I could achieve if it had not been for a puncture! I crossed the line, collected my medal and even managed to walk back to the hotel!
A huge thank you to Denise Tracey. Her guidance made a tough goal achievable.

I’ve trained with James for a year, going from sprint triathlons to being 70.3 ready. He’s patient, motivating, and knows how to push just the right amount. What stands out most is his focus on balance — fitting training around family and work. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Really enjoy the weekly swim sessions so decided to get video swim analysis. This has been really helpful in highlighting next areas to improve on so hopefully can keep building on that in the next sessions.

I am not a triathlete. It was with some trepidation that I joined the Dorset Tri Squad, coached by Jose Reis. I was worried that I would be much worse than everyone else and I’d hold everyone up. I am the slowest but it really doesn’t matter.
Jose’s sessions are welcoming and inclusive. His coaching is tailored and insightful and I am definitely improving.
Above all, the sessions are great fun. I would highly recommend.

If you’re after a coach that helps , corrects and guides you to do your best. Creates swim sets that push you and help you perform better and better then these sessions are for you. I’ve improved and continue to improve week on week.

I am on adult cyclist - in that I spent very little time on a bike as a kid and certainly nothing until I was in my 30's! Never learned any of the tricks and games that children do so naturally. I am a competent cyclist now, but have never been shown how to 'steer' a bike, esp in a small space. When and how to apply brakes and how to sit back in the saddle snd shift side to side on the saddle when manouvering.
I have learned so much in two cycling skills sessions with coach Jose and feel confident to try the turns and skills on my own. It's true, that you can't know, what you don't know and though these skills seem easy for children and those bought up on a bike, for me the skill in teaching a nervous, older female has been so rewarding!! Thoroughly recommend Jose, no matter your age or experience.

Spent 5 days with TTH in The Algarve in April. I highly rate this organisation and its coaches. The triathlon camp was beyond expectation. The apartment was clean, spacious and conveniently located, the home made food delicious and wholesome, the training sessions extremely useful and beneficial, but it was the coaches that made this experience so special. The coach to athlete ratio is pretty much 1:1. All coaches bring an enormous amount of experience and diversity. I found them all to be extremely motivated, involved, enthusiastic and fun to be around. I have learnt a great deal and already notice an improvement in technique and skills.
The group of athletes was diverse. It felt like we were all very committed to give more than 100%, but there was plenty of time for banter and fun. I cant fault this camp in any way and hope to be be back next year April. Than you TTH for an unforgettable experience!

The support and training program was all there and well coached, with plenty of mixed input and advice.
Personally, I fell ill so was a little disappointed in my attendance

Great as always, with a fun group of athletes and a strong coaching presence that ensure everyone is catered for and identifies areas for improvement over the week.

Phenomenal experience. Rarely in sport do you get a set of coaches who offer the full package. Philip is a very clever guy who really knows his stuff. It’s not just about getting the miles in, it’s the biomechanics, stability and refinement of technique that make this camp a 5 star experience. The food was great, the apartment was stunning and the coaches were the loveliest set of people (from a multitude of countries) that you ever meet. This was an accidental camp - I didn’t set out to do triathlon training, but I’m thrilled I got the opportunity to train with Philip. He knows how to push his athletes in the best way possible with his no-nonsense yet nurturing approach. I didn’t want to come home.

Amazing 2-day private camp in Nice with Philip. Beat thing I could wish for before 70.3 race in Nice in 3 weeks. Thank you!

I went to Tri Training Harder for a sweat test, but came away with so much more information than just that. Philip asked me questions about my previous fuelling/ hydration strategies during racing and training, and gave me some really useful information on where I might have gone wrong, what other things I could try. Follow up support afterwards was also brilliant, answering questions and giving a detailed summary on what my results had shown.

I had a great camp and learned a lot. Phil, Denise, Dougal and Diogo are great coaches
