It's fine with products with no reserve prices.
The new "reserve price not met" system is a joke.
I doubt this is really legal.
I do not know if I've won until days after the auction ends.
My money is actually withheld since I can't bid in a similar item after the first one with reserve price has ended.
Sellers can just set an unknown reserve price as too high and continue to "auction" the same items for multiple auctions.
They say "you have a chance to win", well then make it a gambling site, not an auction site, and follow the relevant gambling legislation.
One solution: set a minimum price as the reserve price and make or our lives easier.
The site is OK for real auctions.

For clarification: the reserve price is set by the seller in advance and is not visible during the auction. If the reserve price is not met, the lot may still be assigned to the highest bidder. You will be informed within 48 business hours. If you do not receive a notification, the lot has not been assigned to you.

Troostwijk Auctions scam.
This company, which shows no respect for its customers, still hasn't learned to take photos of the auctioned televisions from every angle so you can see whether the packaging is damaged or not!
Why are they even authorized to operate when they rely on lies and deception?
They claim there is a special day to view the product, but what happens if you come across their site just as the auctions are closing and haven't had the chance to see the item in person?
How do they present the item up for auction?
It is a shame that photos cannot be posted here to shed light on the reality and expose their misleading listings.

I am from Ukraine and participate in these auctions from a great distance. As a Ukrainian military officer, I placed my trust in this interesting auction platform, and my experience has been very positive.
Registration, bidding and payment are organised clearly and conveniently. I have already won two lots and I am currently participating in another auction. The platform works well and makes it possible to take part in European auctions even from Ukraine.

A very wide selection of interesting goods
A very wide selection of interesting lots and generally a well-organised platform. The only inconvenience is that most lots are located in Western Europe, and for some auctions the collection window is very narrow. The fixed collection times can also make it difficult to arrange transport, as some couriers are unable to accommodate such narrow pickup windows.

Poor customer service
I notified that I had broken down in Germany en route from Romania and could not make the collection appointment to pick up a bid I had won and paid for, lot A1-4807-16 and could not make alternative arrange ments, and responses to my e-mails were very clandestine and unmoving as to the predicament I was in
