This app has come a LONG WAY from its…

This app has come a LONG WAY from its beginning. its had "growing pains" as spamming, phishing, have been a cat & mouse game. I WILL continue to support with bugs & usability issues.

Wish the "contact us" input box would work like a true scrolling text box & not hide typing underneath the device keyboard. Second, when replying, PLEASE include the "subject of the contact" just a received & reply with more details doesn't help if i dont know what im reporting back on.

LASTLY.... I am NOT using "TC" as my default phone app for it seems to make leaving voice mails impossible by a caller. Callers get, user is unavailable please try later.

After UNINSTALLING the TC app & reinstalling AND working with provider were they able to resolve issue & DEFAULT phone would accept voice messages.

If I could give a 0 I also would

If I could give a 0 I also would! I installed the app to stop all the ADS in my games and all the Spam calls. I get more ADS more calls than ever. I can't stop it. It drives me crazy. I don't know how to get it to stop. And they still bill me every month. It's on paying to get more ADS and more phone calls more Spam. What do I do? I HATE THIS APP!!!

It doesn't work, it nags you with advertising

I signed up for this little tool to stop an amazing amount of spam calls I was getting and spam texts.
This software did little to stop any spam calls.
It did allow me to block calls, unfortunately spammers call from so many different spoof numbers that I spent all day setting call numbers to block and still did not reduce the inbound unwanted calls.
The biggest sin of this ugly piece of software though is it when I stop paying a premium fee I could hardly use the service through all the advertising and marketing garbage it threw at me every moment of every day. The service became pretty unusable when I had to shut off splash screens before I could make a phone call or answer a phone call. I have never used a more annoying piece of software in 30 years of software use. And that is saying something.

Doesn't intercept calls at all

Doesn't intercept calls at all. Scam and spam callers, call at will. The only thing this app is good for is guessing who's calling and labeling the calls. It's nothing like RoboKiller, at all! No help whatsoever!

My partner didnt want me as his emergency contact until I got this app

*EDIT -- this is a review of the free app, not the premium version on a Samsung s10e with ATnT*

I never had my ringer on before using this app because of spam calls, which kept me from hearing and answering calls from family and friends. Including important calls. So much so that my partner didnt want to put me as his emergency contact because he could trust that I would answer the phone. This app made it so that ive kept my ringer on constantly for the past three months, and i haven't regretted it.

App is easy to navigate and works well with my android.

Does a good job with caller ID (examples: debt collectors, spam, hidden numbers, government bodies, businesses, etc).

It utilizes public databases as well as other users on the app to help filter calls, which I find helpful, but sometimes other users' input doesn't help (a call from my partner in jail was blocked automatically because multiple other users had blocked the number to avoid getting calls from people in jail THEY dont want to talk to).

The adds are NOT in the way at all and do not effect the performance of the app in any way.

As long as you keep all notifications on, you will be aware of all call blocked, you can rename businesses and block numbers immediately and add your own input to help others using the app. I found it very helpful.

It's not magic, its not perfect, but it works very well and I am very happy with it.
