To Whom It May Concern at Trulieve,

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding the unacceptable treatment I’ve received at your 30600 US 19 location. It is evident that your staff is in desperate need of proper training on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), professional conduct, and basic human decency. As a patient and a person, I deserve to be treated with respect — not have my concerns brushed aside with a hollow discount offer. That is both insulting and dismissive of the seriousness of this matter.

To be clear, I have requested management contact me directly via email regarding these incidents, and to date, no one has had the decency to do so. Additionally, I have left multiple voicemails for Kevin over the last ten days with no response. This blatant disregard for patient concerns is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

Allow me to detail the two separate incidents that took place:

First Incident:
While driving on US 19, your employee, John Smith, began aggressively beeping at me at a traffic light. Once we both arrived at the dispensary parking lot, he approached my vehicle making an unnecessary and patronizing comment about my car. I attempted to ignore the encounter and proceed with my visit, but during my time inside, John made several reckless and inappropriate comments, prompting me to make a statement before leaving the store.

Second Incident:
This took place mere hours after I was released from the hospital due to a fall. Already suffering from a migraine, I arrived to pick up my necessary medication. As I was struggling to exit my vehicle with one foot on the curb, John Smith rushed to the door while remarking about us having the same schedule — then intentionally allowed the door to close on me. Once inside, another inappropriate remark was made by him, which I responded to. A Trulieve employee then had the audacity to tell me to stop, claiming that I “always cause issues.”

An employee by the name of Ruiz (or Diaz — I cannot recall precisely) proceeded to ask me to leave the store. While on the phone with Trulieve Corporate to report the incident, this same employee repeatedly interrupted my call until I was forced to say, “Excuse me, I’m on the phone.” Meanwhile, another employee stood outside idly. After allowing John to make his purchase without consequence, staff then begrudgingly permitted me to make mine.

It was only after reviewing the security footage that Ruiz/Diaz issued a lukewarm apology and a discount, advising that if anything like this happened again, I should avoid addressing it myself and instead notify her directly.

To be perfectly clear, this is not an acceptable resolution.
I am a physically disabled individual who uses leg braces to walk. Having just been discharged from the hospital, being subjected to this type of treatment, being forced to walk back and forth, and being belittled by both staff and another customer (who was allowed to remain on-site and make a purchase) is absolutely disgraceful.

I expect a thorough and formal follow-up from management regarding these incidents — not a discount, not an empty apology, and certainly not continued silence.

Hold your employees accountable. Educate them on the ADA. Ensure that all patients — especially those with disabilities — are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

I look forward to hearing from someone in leadership promptly.

You sell smoke that's it. That's all

I have been going to the one in Lutherville, Maryland since they opened a year ago. Two of the reps there like to inject themselves into your conversations, police your speech and then try to make you leave. Nah your job is to sell smoke and be quiet.

I have only been here 2x...

I have only been here 2x.... lost all my 420 points within 5 days so I left that day. Went back yesterday just to give them an actual 2nd try.... nope never again. They are clueless . Lose your points. Don't know what they are doing. Talk with other employees about you with others present. Not my idea of a dispensary that has my medical info for others to see and hear!

Was told I was signed up for points and never received any after spending a lot of money.After talking to representative I was told it would be taken care of to find out they did absolutely nothing .What a joke never going back.

Bad customer service

I would give I would give a few stars if I could. I was lured in with a 60% off offer for all new clients. I received no confirmation that the orders were ready even after they had been prepared. I went to the location just to see what was what. And and found that many other people are complaining about no emails to confirm their orders. When I arrived only two of the six items I was buying were 60% off the regular price. The rest were regular price. Worst dispensary experience so far.

I love going to the dispensary in…

I love going to the dispensary in eustis. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they help me because I'm an older lady with vision problems and they always accommodate every need I have. I would highly recommend them. Was so sorry to see Chris leave because he was one of my favorite bed tenders. But the rest of the staff are wonderful too too many to mention by name but know that I appreciate all of you. Peace..

Go elsewhere.

This is the save a lot of dispensaries. Terrible product and customer service. Buying stuff off the street is WAY better quality and you get a quality product. I can describe their products as true trash !

Buyer Beware !

I take the gummies / eatables to help with my insomnia and relaxation. This is my first time using a medication that was once considered illegal and was amazed the way it helped me deal with sleep and even helped lower my blood pressure. I started using Trulieve and was very disappointed after the third time purchasing there INDICA which had no effect at all. It was no good the same as the other two I had purchased prior. Iam not a complainer and avoid confrontations. I will never return to this place and put this warning out to patients that are considering using there eatables to avoid them and go to a more reputable place that won't sell you bad products. This has to be a big problem for them and tell people Buyer Beware !

Website for online orders is down(again) the cottonwood dispensary is one of the worst i have ever been to. I am now forced to go in for at least 40 to 50 minute wait. Un professional at its best. The staff is aware that their wait is almost comical, so they try to make it up with good customer service.

Stores have wonderful staff, the people that work the stores are often great. Their managers and leaders though? Monstrous people, from pouring bleach on discarded medicine to a website that is literally impossible to use without pracitically signing over your first born

Medical cannibus with the terpines…

Medical cannibus with the terpines especially Myrcene has reduced my brain cancer into remission. For the past 5 years I've been introduced to Myrcene and the only thing I changed was making sure that I consumed all I could through distillate of 9# Hammer and everything else that had this terpine. I refused surgery and chemo and radiation was told I wouldn't be walking, well my newest mri was proof. I called Trulieve toll free number

I called Trulieve toll free number, a lady with a very professional voice (sorry I don't remember her name) answered. She listened to my issue and then she went above and beyond with her research and response. Now that is quality customer service! I felf happier after that call compared to most of the scam calls I get. If you want more details please contact me. I would love to keep talking about my experience. :)

I purchased two of the same got two different ones total different flower plus I had points I ask to use the boy said I didn't have anything well I do but you know what I have been using medical 2 years delta thca is just as good the flower is better the vape as well I don't eat much so no more card no need it's not good anymore!@÷2+2=6 😐

The Worst Dispensary in my Opinion

Placed delivery order on 2/17/25, a Monday, Fernandina Beach store.
They couldn't deliver until Saturday, 2/22/25. I called and canceled the order. Today, 3/1/25 I got a call asking if I was available for my delivery...12 days after I canceled.
In my opinion, Trulieve is one screwed up business and has been for years.
I have filed many complaints over the years with the OMMU about their inability to provide any modicum of customer service.
If you place an order for pickup it is not unusual to sit and wait over an hour for your pickup.
But now they've topped it with a 12-day delivery window.
I spend about $400 a month on product and none of it goes to Trulieve anymore. Thankfully MÜV is a few miles up the road!
I can't urge you enough to go somewhere else. Unless, of course, you like abusive behavior from a business

A COMPLETE DELAY OF PATIENT CARE!

Absolutely horrible experience at the Orange City location! I am a new patient and the way that I was treated by the AGM Michael Rivera was despicable. Something so simple turned into a three hour ordeal and A DELAY IN PATIENT CARE!! He told one of his employees to come tell me while he sat in his office that he was not going to speak with me any further about the situation, just to call my phone ten minutes later repeatedly! And he only called me to then try to "talk" because I said I was calling corporate! He was rude, never expressed any empathy, and just a disgusting person!! I will never be back to this location, I will drive the additional 20 minutes to go to the location in Sanford! Literally, my situation could have been resolved by just suggesting I go to a different location since they were having IT issues. HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH MEDICATIONS AGAIN OR INTERACT WITH ANY CUSTOMERS! He deserves to stay in the back so no one should ever have the displeasure of being in his presence because he doesn't want to help you anyways.

Been a customer for 3yrs, Jacksonville Beach location.Trevor, John &$ Megg are So professional. They are always so helpful. As I don't know something about a product they let me know . Their product knowledge is just amazing 😍 they are like my friends. They ask about how I'm doing & that is a kind way to run a business. Fast and efficient but caring... From the moment you open the door, one is professionally greeted and booked in. The staff is amiable, professional, and prompt without rushing one. Higher pricing than competitors

Went to Chandler for a couple Liiils and Brix, they had the vapes 50% off. They were charging full retail. Mint, Stiiizy had them advertised for 14, trulieve charged me 23.50. That’s not on sale. They inflated their “retail” to full list price and the 50% off dropped it to regular retail. Last time I purchased from Tempe I got them for 13.50 a piece. Lesson learned, probably won’t come back to this location .
