Made a 2nd attempt to place a delivery…

Made a 2nd attempt to place a delivery order giving the benefit of the doubt as things happen from my first attempt. Nope even worse this time. At least the first time they called. Today my order was suposed to be delivered. I was reaching out to get a time as they provide 7a-8p which is crazy. So I reach out and was told my delivery date if 2/5 is now 2/12. And good thing i reached out. Freaking ridiculous glad I didn't sit all day waiting for someone to come and never come. Can't even give courtesy call. The rep was rude and condescending telling me glad I called to find out my order status. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money.

The bottom of the barrel

I recently visited Trulieve and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with confusion rather than the welcoming atmosphere I had hoped to find.

First, the staff seemed uninformed about the products—when I asked for recommendations, I received vague answers that left me feeling more lost than before. I also noticed that some of the items on the menu were out of stock, which was frustrating since the website indicated otherwise.

On top of that, the checkout process was unorganized and took much longer than necessary. It felt like the staff wasn’t adequately trained to handle transactions efficiently, leading to a very frustrating wait.

Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the store was subpar, with cluttered displays that didn’t inspire confidence in how their products were being handled.

I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve these aspects, as I was looking forward to a better experience. For now, I will have to find another dispensary that values customer service and product knowledge.

The dumpster fire called trulieve

This dumpster fire of a corporation is as vile as it gets . Treating it's employees like absolute garbage, they have just given ZERO hours to their part timers , no explanation, no warning .They cannot collect unemployment because of these mieskeits . Whether you live or die is of no concern to these Bolshevik Schmucks . Yet, the wait times are horrendous and service is handicapped because they need more employees , Duh. The CEO is a real piece of work and will run this steaming pile of excrement corporation into the toilet as it should be.

Curaleaf is my new drug dealer

It started here, Bonita Springs. My birthday. I made a purchase, I was told computer wasn't working properly, and they weren't able to give my 100 birthday points, so it'll be on there next day, (Friday, January 8th) I called the 8th, they said they'll put in the measures taken, but wouldn't be til Monday, since nobody works on weekends anymore. Fine. I called Monday. Still didn't have points. Same thing on phone with Trulieve. They put in a request or whatever they do to fix shit. Tuesday and today I called, same thing... I just said forget it... it sounds to pathetic to cry like a child about, so I just hung up.
Trulieve... I been nothing but loyal to yall, and you didn't do your part. As far as Miami Gardens Trulieve, where they used my points without my knowledge and kept the change from point discount... cause I damn sure didn't see those points they said I used, I didn't authorize, and kept my change, cause I damn sure didn't get $5 back.
I'll never use trulieve again

acted like condescending and rude. I will spend more money and drive further than ever give my business to this dispensary. every other dispensary in orlando is chill and the budtenders are informative and friendly. not here- treat you like low class and they’re better than you.

Trulieve does not trust its patients in Florida

I’ve been a Trulieve patient from the start of medical marijuana. I’ve used Trulieve because they have free delivery for >65. But, they don’t trust their loyal customers. This is the second time in two weeks a Trustick or trupod failed. Trulieve forces you to take a store credit AND you have to put the failed item in a zip lock baggy. Really people … really. Check out how much I order. Trust me why don’t you. Send me a replacement Trustik and a one mg sativa trupod. It’s the least you could do for a damn good customer that buys a lot and refers lots of senior users.

Tempe location false advertising on the…

Tempe location false advertising on the website , same thing happened at cooked and mint and they honored their mistake. Prices are already higher than everywhere else , and no one acts like they want you there, . Came here a few times because it was closer to chandler but not anymore.

Trulieve Sucks

My husband went in back in August this year to make a purchase in Palatka FL. They were having issues with the ATM at the cash register that day that was confirmed by the main office who also said they couldn’t do anything. They ripped us off for $103.00. The manager in Palatka told us the receipts weren’t off that day however my bank charged me twice. My bank said because Trulieve uses an ATM at the register as well as a separate ATM machine, they couldn’t put in a dispute. So basically because the manager refused to check the ATM account(s), the video tapes showing he paid at the register and also took money out of the ATM machine and also refused to call me back, I’m out that money. They will never see my husband’s business again. We’re retired with limited finances and can’t afford to give this kind of money away. If you’re smart, you won’t visit the Palatka Florida location if you don’t want to pay double for your purchase like we did.

They switched my ID with someone else…

They switched my ID with someone else at the dispensary. Not realizing they also handed me someone else’s ID I left. I received a text a couple weeks later from the person who has my ID letting me know what happened. She asked me to cut hers and toss it but she still has mine. She said she would mail it but never did. I ended up taking her ID back to the store so I wasn’t responsible. They said they would talk to a manager and give me a call. Never did. Over a month later I called customer service and the lady was very apologetic and told me she would escalate the matter and someone would call me in 48 hours. No one ever did. I’m on hold with customer service again 2 weeks later and have been transferred 3 times now. Still nothing is resolved, a random person has my ID with my full name and address and googled me to find my phone number. This is a breach of my personal information and I have gotten the run around from everyone I have spoken to. Unfortunately, since no one seems to be taking this seriously I will have to take matters into my own hands and seek legal. It’s a shame I can’t even get a phone call from someone in charge with an apology or any sort of solution or fix to this issue. Extremely disappointed and will make sure everyone is aware of this. CHECK YOUR ID BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Most of the staff is stoned out of their minds and can’t properly do their jobs. This needs to be fixed!

The location in Rockville

The location in Rockville, MD has HORRIBLE customer service. The person that helped me was more interested in the football games going on and anything else NOT pertaining to me. I had several questions and all he did was refer to the website. I obviously searched the website prior to visiting hence the reason I had questions. I would NOT recommend anyone supporting this business.

Everytime I have this bud it's hot in…

Everytime I have this bud it's hot in the back of your throat, it's very harsh. You can tell it's all chemically fertilized salt based nutrient hydro that the growers DO NOT know how to cure properly. I can tell they're hanging the product only a few days then trimming it and throwing it into the air dryer too green. It's leafy bud. The gross autoflower that grows for 60 days in freaking miracle-grow. I've personally done a better job with just oak leaf soil and a living mulch of clover. The product works, just not nice to smoke at all. Bowl, bubbler, J, it's too harsh always.

Nightmare

I bought an ounce which is a canisters on the website they falsify the amount of THC when I got home I seen that they were off by like 7%. So I took them back so far two days later I've gotten them not back. I ordered another rounds today you know they wanted to do is give me 25% off I told them they could keep their rounds and they lost a $100 a month customer the GM was in the next room you never came out to make an appearance explain to me what was going on apologize nothing the people and truly were awesome at the registers even the manager of the store JC when more than out of their way to try to help me unfortunately whoever the higher ups may be don't care about individuals they just care about how much money they're making I've been going there for 16 months most of it I've been buying 5 oz a month they act like I was just buying a dime bag terrible it left at 6:00 a sick feeling in my stomach at how bad they could treat somebody who has treated that store and the people in it so good.
