Not to sure this company care about their reviews
Today I was parked on a car park local to where I live I was just about to back out and noticed a van parked behind me I asked the driver would he be able to move a little so I could get out, well the abuse of his vile mouth I got back was
Disgusting he was swearing and mumbling something under his breath then I heard him say can you not get out of there so I tried for him then to more his van I took a photo of his van and number plate he shouted that’s not going to do much, I contacted the local company that can see everything going on and they have logged it also
I’ve emailed this company to contact me but at the moment no call back as of yet.

Obviously the driver was having a bad day and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time 😡😡

worst company drivers liars they never attempt to deliver items all stationery companies amazon and staples ect.. please not use them they have no proper tracking system drivers random sign parcels saying person is not at home even we got cctv to prove they not delivered they just not tell customers the same when then reply but in fact do nothing no customer service at all

Sadly, I won't be using the company again who used Truline to deliver my products. Delivered to the wrong address with just a name signed for and no house number. This must be costing their client company loads of money as they have just arranged for another delivery. Looks like the driver signed for the parcel himself and the picture shows he left the parcel on the doorstep with the delivery note on top. Isn't that a GDPR fail? Anyone could find that and have my name and address, not to mention the £30 of products. If this next attempt goes AWOL, I will request a refund and go elsewhere.

Ohh, the irony. Truline, the company that left my personal details, parcel and delivery slip, on the doorstep of some random house, had the cheek to ask me to remove the first name and first letter of their surname only that I had put of their delivery driver on this review because they didn't like it! What about my GDPR rights and privacy being compromised by their poor delivery standards? What about my online safety being compromised by Truline leaving my personal data lying around on the street for anyone to find?

Shocking courier service.
Sat in all day awaiting a delivery which ought to have been next day delivery. The following day they tried to make a delivery but as I wasn't available to receive it returned to the depot, no attempt made to leave in a safe place, or with a neighbour and no card left to explain that delivery had been attempted. It's day 3 and still no sign of my delivery. No way of tracking progress as No tracking Number supplied by Office Direct UK.

UPDATE items were finally delivered shortly after 1pm. The driver was friendly and polite, thankfully no issues with the items received.

Worse than 1 star! Product still hasn't arrived and I ordered from this particular company because it was supposed to arrive before I needed it.
I have since received communication from the seller who sent screenshot of when they 'tried to deliver'... unfortunately for them, I have a CCTV camera that shows no attempts made so they have lied to the company.

Really impressed. Delivery arrived very quickly and the courier was helpful, cheerful and friendly. Honestly made such a difference to my day!

Tried to call over a health and safety matter of one of their drivers to not be able to get through to anyone and when I eventually found the number they weren’t interested and hung up just shows what is sorted drive in picture attached what kind of company they are

Have not received my package, have contacted the seller on Amazon and email Truline and still nothing!!
Order was placed 6th April now its 14th April!!

Ordered an item on Amazon on 21/03/25 and I was informed of a delivery date of 28/03/25. It's now April's fool day and still no delivery and no way of tracking it properly. I'm getting nowhere with trying to contact Trueline couriers. This is a terrible service.

The item was supplied by office-point and trueline the couriers, as Ive mentioned I cannot find anyway of finding a tracking number for trueline.
Update.
Ive not had a response from my last update which was to inform Truline that the item was being supplied by one of their customers Office Point. And the information states that truline are the couriers.

UPDATE 2
I have provided as much information that I have.
I ordered the item through Amazon, the supplier is Office Point a customer of Trueline who are the courier service who are supposed to deliver the item.
According to Amazon, the item is in transit and truline is named as the courier.

UPDATE 3
Trueline are in possession of my item, and are apparently en route to deliver it to me.
I just want to know when!?
The item is a 2kilo tin of Cadbury hot chocolate.

We have ordered printer paper off amazon said it would be here Monday still no sign Wednesday and no contact number for truline disgraceful service

Ordered Harrogate water via Amazon which was meant to arrive 20th December 2024 in time for Christmas. They have still not arrived (26/12/24) and no indication of when they will. This has happened on 2 other occasions with Truline and they always arrive late. Very disappointed.

Also waiting for Harrogate water to be delivered to elderly relative, should have arrived yesterday. The tracking ID ends in InvalidID, doesn’t fill me with hope. Dreadful service.

This is the second time the seller is using this delivery company, this one is late and the last one I waited for 2 weeks and it never came and the seller refunded me. I do t know why the seller is using this company?? You can’t even track it. I just want my case of Harrogate water.

Driver not knocked or pressed doorbell, been in 2 days now waiting

They weren't delivering to me, but the delivery driver parked on double yellow lines facing the wrong way, on the junction with another road. whilst i appreciate it can be hard for delivery drivers to park up to carry out their work, in this instance there were parking spaces along the front of the shops and a FREE car park to the rear. whilst i stood taking photos of the incredibly dangerous situation, the driver appeared from the local Tesco Express with his lunch in hand. wasn't delivering at all! He then sat in his van, wrong way round on double yellows, on the junction with another road for another 15 mins oblivious to the trouble he was causing. Then drove off smoking. didn't think employees were allowed to smoke in company vehicles?

Good delivery. Paper delivery without a hitch. Good driver
