We have used Logiplex for many years for our computer support but they also assisted us in moving offices recently, Logiplex installed our server and computer terminal points in 4 offices with CAT 5 cables for each of our computers. They did a sterling job and I would definitely recommend them for their efficiency, polite manner and supplying good value for money. Logiplex also provide us with a remote monitoring service whereby they have informed us of issues before we were even aware of them! Logiplex staff remote into our computers and sort out any problems caused by updates etc. Logiplex give us piece of mind in an area of our business that we simply could not operate without. What more could we wish for? Logiplex are a company we fully trust.

The Real Computer Shop provided me with my laptop , internet provider , and set it all up for me as I had never had a computer before. I've had the laptop for a few years now and the Computer Shop have always been very helpful and patient if I've had any problems and sorted them out for me. The staff are always very efficient and friendly which is what I need when I am not sure how to do things. I recommend them to everyone.

I've bought hardware and software from Realcomputershop over the last 10 years and always found them helpful and reliable.
Recently I had some difficulties in terms of linkages between several appliances, including smartphone and iPads. Realcomputershop arranged for a home visit, and I sat with him while he not only sorted it all out but explained what had gone wrong and what he was adjusting. He was very helpful in offering to revisit any recurring problems over the phone - though I haven't needed to do that. Thoroughly recommended.

Have used Burntwood Computer Centre on several occasions, found them very helpful. Good service given would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Each time our computer has been in the store for repair they have always rang me to let me know that it is ready for collection.

I dealt with Ben in the shop who gave me all the info I asked for. He was easy to converse with.
Subsequently, following my purchase of a PC he visited me in my home to put me right on a number of points, but he was unable to sort out the mail app on windows 10. However he did suggest I use Mozilla Thunderbird instead and duly installed it for me. It is working extremely well.

Was very please with service supplied, time frame within which work took place and cost was very satisfactory.

I would highly recommend to a friend or family member.

Repaired laptops were returned with damage (due to incorrect screws being used) and missing parts.
This was reported but despite promised and emails asking what is happening we were ignored.
Will never send another item for repair.

I have been using the services of Noel and team for many years now and I just wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my computer services. Their turnaround times are excellent, in fact they have dug me out of a hole after hours on more than one occasion. iMobile Repair are excellent when it comes to understanding the needs of their customers. Recently I had to leave a slow laptop in with them to have what I thought were major issues repaired. Next day a pleasant sounding technician phoned to say job done, minor issue, and laptop was returned with what seemed like another processor under the bonnet. I'd have no hesitation recommending iMobile Repair to family and friends. In this day and age, all a body wants is a repair done properly, with a minimum of fuss at a decent price. iMobile Repair deliver in spades... Hearts Diamonds and Clubs, long may they prosper.
