Can trust a trader be trusted
I would be interested in the experience of anyone who has had to make a complaint to trust a trader following issues with a company they rate 5*
We reported a fake website, non existent phone numbers and emails addresses
And they are still listed and rated 5*
The contractor performed a reasonable job but was supposed to finish off at a later date. 6 months later we are still waiting and cannot make any contact, yet Trust a Trader are still listening his mobile number which is live yet he will not answer.
