Poor product and experience.
Long wait for the product to arrive. Lack of communication from the vendor over the process.
The product does not work as advertised for shredding. It’s not worth the money and I will definitely not recommend to buy it.

1st of all it kept prompting you to extra orders ,I felt forced to purchase
2nd it said no p&p yet I was charged
3rd I ordered 3 power spray as seen on video and was prompted to order 3 more of the same kind .
4th When the order finally received from China,it was not what I ordered,but got 6 of the same labeled
Car Washing Water Gun Set (Plastic) very light At the back it said High Pressure,tried its same pressure as I got out from my plastic one I purchased from Local store for £2.50p
I only gave it 2 star because the video was very good it was, but not what I got
Been trying to send it back but nothing in the package received for returns,was not able to get on to trustpicks site as My Norton security says its an untrust worthy site.

Not the easiest site to navigate. Trying to order more than one item was challenging. Every time I tried click on a second item the first item disappeared. Eventually after 5 goes it worked.
Hopefully the items will be worth it and arrive quickly.

This is an absolutely useless piece of equipment and what is stated it can achieve is an absolute lie. You get a better result by simply using a thumb over a hose pipe. It is useless and how companies like this Chinese one can getaway with it is beyond.me as in my view it is simply fraud. I have written to the company for a refund and of course what have they done……nothing. They do not even reply. So all I can say is do not buy from this company and do some research into adverts before spending your hard earned money.

Do not believe the response from Trustpicks to my review. It has only been written to give a good impression. All my 50 emails to the company have had the order number on them and still no reply from their customer services department.

I was amazed to hear back from Trustpicks when the responder to this review replied to my message. Bottom line is that I have received a full refund for the useless hose head and attachments I did not order. This is very rare from a Chinese company, but I felt obliged to make my message clear for those of you stuck in the same position as I found my self in. Make a note of the email address from the responder below to get in touch with Trustpicks or sometimes known as Shinese as there customer services do not respond.
Thank you Trustpicks for the refund, though it would be easier not to exaggerate the effectiveness of your hose head in the first place as it is no more effective than the end of a hose pipe.

I tried one of them and there is no pressure in the hose as advertised in the video and pics.
