Dreadful service!
I have placed double order because I have never received a confirmation that my order has been placed, so I thought that something gone wrong and I gave repeated my order. When I have realised that I have duplicated my first order I have sent two emails to this company, asking to cancel one order and to issue me a refund. I have never received any reply, and now I have got email informing me that both orders have been dispatched. That is dreadful service!
And I suppose there won't be any options to return it and get refund!

This company is useless. I have on three occasions emailed to request a returns number and confirm refund procedures, not even had an acknowledgement, never mind a reply. Terrible customer service and total lack of concern. Would definitely avoid in future.

The product was not as advertised in the AI-generated videos used for promotion. I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the item and have already contacted your team to request a return and full refund.
Paying £19 for this product feels unreasonable given its poor quality. It is essentially made from very cheap plastic and does not meet the expectations set by the advertising. To make matters worse, the delivery took much longer than expected.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing purchase experience.

Fake item, no communication at all.
I received a substandard item. When I attempted to return it, I discovered there was no return address and no telephone number available for customer support. I sent multiple messages through the company’s website, but none were ever answered. To make matters worse, my access to their website account was eventually disabled, leaving me with no way to contact them or pursue a refund.
In the end, I had no option but to dispose of the product and accept the financial loss. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company. If you receive a defective or poor-quality item, you may find it extremely difficult or impossible to get any assistance or resolution.
