An excellent and reliable source for information and reviews of companies, websites, stores, services, etc. Checking reviews on Trustpilot helps give you an idea of the quality of products, customer service, delivery and so on for a particular company, along with an overview of general customer satisfaction, and allows you to be aware of any issues that people may have had or possible scams. It’s useful to be able to check Trustpilot to check out other people’s actual experiences and opinions, instead of just relying on what a company says on its own site. I would definitely recommend Trustpilot, it’s the first place I go to check the reputation of companies, stores etc.
