I'm using Tryg services for over 2 ears now. I'm very happy about the customer service and we can always find what's best for me as a customer. Annual bonuses and extremely effective problem solving.
I had an accidentant abroad in 2021. Everything was solved without any bigger inconvenience.
Definitely recomendit it to a new a new customers.

Tryg has good telephonic customer service, BUT none of what we agree were delivered. I got bills with higher prices, the plate number of my car was wrongly entered, and hidden charges such as SKADEFORSIKRINGSAFGIFT and GARANTIFONDSBIDRAG which i have no clue about them. Now I have applied for another car insurance agency and hope this time all will be ok.

Tryg handled my case effectively but they have 20% depreciation on my insurance amount - even when the policy clearly mentioned that no depreciation will be charged for 5 years of the purchase.
- I have already reached out the claims department and they have not come back to me. My policy document says is very clearly that no depreciation on cycles for five years.

I posted a review earlier on Tryg content insurance and someone called Morten, from Tryg responded back and asked me to give call on some number, I have been calling on the number for more than 20 times and nobody really cares and disconnect the call saying they do not take complaints or sometime wrong department etc.
This is really frustrating.
One buys insurance to protect their household contents but from Tryg, it has been very unprofessional behavior.
There has been short circuit due to a 7 year old child put the electronic device in wrong power socket and Tryg's associate wants a 7 year old child to know the engineering of electronics to know where to put the right socket in and out. This is insane and really frustrating. I feel pity now why I have been paying to Tryg for last almost 2 years and complete waste of money. Also their customer service team doesn't care for the customers.
Hope someone from Tryg take a closer look at it to help resolve and sort the issue out.

it didn't deserve even one star, they are very annoying, they call you 4-5 times a day from this number 44202179 and when you answer they don't talk. You call them to explain that you don't want any kind of insurance and to stop contacting you, but they keep calling.

I changed my insurance from another provider to Tryg by the November 2021, and then my old insurance company told me there is a cancellation fees on products. After agreed with Tryg, they like to keep me and compensate on the cancellation fee, other wise I could wait and change.
I finally got the last compensation in April 2022. First call from December, at least call them 10 times, every time I had to start from the beginning to talk the story, and each time they come with different excuse. The best one is "waiting for me to send a email as proof", but that is not true, since they never mentioned any email address I could write to.
To be honest, I would rather wait and change the insurance to not waste my time to fix their mistake. On the positive side, the support always talks with a welcoming tone, except they did not solve the problem.
After all the this, I asked the support if there is anyway I can appeal/raise an issue to improve on customer care (so not only focus on insurance sales). They told I could write to kvalitet by email. I sent a email to describe my experience by beginning of April, 2022, auto-reply said about 8 weeks, and still no reply.
Why the bills comes in time but the customer support can lack this much?
EDIT: My bad, kvalitet has replyed on 3, April in Tryg inbox, and ackonwledged the issue, it is appreciated. It still does not change the effect of the experience.
