I swear all these other higher rated reviews are bots. It has been impossible to cancel my subscription. I now have an outstanding balance of $850. I will refuse to pay and I am not going to pay them. The subscription is 50 bucks a month. They are a bunch of con artists

I canceled my subscription the same day I made it because the website was straight up trash and they still charged me for the next month subscription 🫩f$&@king ridiculous!!!! Swear these people are scammers u der the guise of a business!! Worst part is you can’t even sign back into your account to rectify shit!!!!!! Do not use!!! It’s a big rip off!!!!

I gave up on this on the first day trying it out as it's compleatly un-user friendly and doesn't do anything remotely useful for a professional. Do not be fooled by the apparent screening for eligibility....
No notification or reminder - next thing you know you're charged for the worlds worst music app... no customer service... no responses on Trustpilot... oh dear when will we learn not to get involved with these money-pit scams... don't touch it

I canceled my Musicflow subscription before the renewal date.
At the time of cancellation, my account clearly showed that there was **no active subscription** and displayed the message “Your plan has been canceled”.

Despite this, **$49.99 was charged one month later**.
After the charge, the account still showed no active subscription.

The website does **not provide billing history, invoices, or a clear cancellation confirmation**, which makes it impossible to prove cancellation from the user side. Customer support did not resolve the issue, and no refund was provided.

This is a very confusing and non-transparent subscription system.
I would not recommend using this service unless you are ready to monitor payments very carefully.

I’m sure most reading this have tried at least one if not more of the large language music generation tools and I am excited with try music flow.com’s approach allowing for more customization with advanced settings and the ability to select artists by name or group and voice! Very cool!
