I placed on order with trztrain July 10th, still have not recieved it. Now they say it is lost. If I pay 15.00 shipping fee I can get a partial refund. Emailed them 4 times and 4 times they offered a refund that gets worse every email asking me to approve it. 4 times they said I will get the refund but never got it. Scam company I found on Pintrest . What kind of world do we live in when people can do this with no repercussions. Stay away from this site it is not real.

I keep emailing them but they keep saying that my order is on its way and to review the carrier, which there is no carrier. Do not order, I did, it's a scam! It's been a month, followed tracking, now it says it's lost if I pay 15dol more I can get them. If they refund me I get 15dol less than I paid, 29.90. Scam, fraud, I was on Pinterest when I saw them Pinterest can't help me. They said.
