Great value and excellent customer service
It was great dealing with TT instruments for the first time. Their customer service is prompt and offers some great deals. The quality of the microscope I received was as described albeit new, and all parts were really well packaged. There was clearly a great deal of care put into ensuring the scope would come intact. The parcel also arrived when planned. Finally, the microscope was at a very competitive price

TT Instruments have superb aftersales
I bought a DUO SAS SUPER 360 airsampler from them. These people communicate quickly and pleasantly. Unfortunately the device did not charge, so it turned out to have a bad battery. Initially I would have to return the device, but shortly afterwards I received the message that the battery was probably broken and that I would be sent a new battery. They even took the trouble to make a video on how to replace the battery. Verry impressed with TT Instruments. All in all a pleasant experience.
