Rented apartment, via this agent for 6 years. During this time the responsibility for repairs / maintenance was with the landlord. Every time we asked them for help in getting things done they would wave us away and tell us to contact the landlord (who lived abroad).
When we came to get our deposit back they were really unhelpful (although they were only to quick to ensure they collected the rent). Agency seemed to come up with arguments to with holding deposit and it took us 5 months to get it back. If you are looking for a good rental experience, suggest you might want to look elsewhere, as they either don't care or work on behalf of landlords that don't care.
