Absolute crap. Had to Google Map the business, find a neighbouring workplace, call them and ask if they could go over and knock on the door. They said I wasn't the first person to call with the same level of frustration. My husband ordered a gift for his dad at the start of December and it's still not here. We haven't had any returned calls or emails. Contact your bank and report the scam. Disgraceful service.

Spent a lot of money on ratchet straps. Ordered early November as they were a Christmas present. It's now late January and they have not even sent them. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste money. Customer service is non existent and they won't answer the phone or emails and won't refund. Having to contact my bank to get my money back.

Really disappointed with their communication. 7 weeks for delivery to arrive. Ordered extra to get the free $180 gift bundle. No mention that it was sold out. If it's sold out then take it off your website. It's false advertising. I wouldn't have ordered if it was sold out. First and last time.

Nothing right about ordering anything with this supposed business. Avoid at all costs, communication and delivery is absolutely appalling.

I am in the same boat at the other recent reviews - ordered 1st December, no response to calls, emails and Facebook messages. I have had to submit for a chargeback on this order.

Website seems to be a total scam. Says they ship locally and quickly from Australia but this does not happen. Don’t reply to emails, messages, phone calls. Had to do a chargeback to cancel and get my money back. They hide social media comments and the reviews on their website seem to be fake. A total sham!

Terrible shipping. Ordered parcel on 14th of December, quoted 1-4 business days for shipping, finally arrived 9th January. Would not pick up the phone when I tried calling, and when I sent an email the response was garbled and illegible. Other than that, product quality is excellent.

Absolutely a disgrace. 4 day express shipping is a load of lies. Ordered on the 12/12 and still hasn’t even been dispatched and it was for a Xmas present, spent over $200+ and there response to

Ordered on the 14th of December with express shipping, website states dispatched within 3-4 business days but order has still not been dispatched. Contacted via email received an email saying they’re working their hardest to get orders out for Christmas… so I trusted it wouldn’t be to far off, today is the 3rd of January, Christmas has been and gone so I followed up again and have not heard back.

Placed my order on 26th of November 2025. It has been over a month and still on transit. Finally arrived today 04/01/26
1 star for delivery time from date of purchase but 4 to 5 stars for good quality.

Ordered on 8 Dec. Dispatched 22/12. Today 2/1 and still waiting on delivery. Very very disappointed in the poor service. Do not recommend. Not even sure if I'll ever see my order - let alone what kind of average quality it will be.

They don't reply to emails or instagram posts. Their wbesite is covered in 5 star reviews but alass I feel like they're completely bogus. So posting here to help others.
