Customised Storage
I needed a customised storage unit to match the Jo's Corner Cabin I purchased a few years ago.
And Tuin came up trumps with a bespoke design.
Excellent customer service. And the quality of their products is top notch

Ok but not the best
This review is my experience and may not represent others experience.
The summer house is quiet good, not as good as one I had from Dunster House. The assembly instructions are awful and the out of hours customer service phone number and email they offer is unmanned.
I was told to only use the instructions that come with the delivery but there is a host of information on their website that you need to refer to.
Don't opt for their felt is is awful and is shipped incorrectly so can split and tear really easily.
I probably wouldn't use them again.

out of stock disappointment
Paid for the Garage was given a delivery date but the next day was told it was out of stock and would be a later delivery, just a bit dissapointing would be good if this was more obvious when ordering and picking the delivery date.

Dyre log cabin & log cabin storage annexe
I purchased the Dyre log cabin 4m x 3m & the Log cabin storage annexe 1.6m x 3m in April 2023 to add to either side of my previously purchased Mali(now Newcastle) log cabin. The annexe used for garden storage is very good although ideally I would have liked a 1.6 x 4m annexe but although slightly smaller it still serves its purpose well. The Dyre log cabin I used as an extension to my Mail log cabin and the joiner I had made an excellent job of joining the 2 together to give a lovely little bar & sitting area to compliment & extend the man cave in the Mali I purchased around 12 years previously. The quality of all 3 products has been very good value for money and even the 15 year old Mail(56mm thick logs) is still in excellent condition today.

Still not received my order inspite of receiving emails every day since Wednesday saying that delivery would happen . I have stayed in 3 days waiting for my delivery. I have paid for delivery. Such a disappointment. Bad service.

Exceptional Customer Service 👏
I bought my Emma cabin 12 years ago and have been delighted with it since. I am having the decking replaced atm and discovered that the original decking was incorrectly installed such that it caused the bottom of the cabin to become rotten. I reached out to Customer Service and I received detailed advice back from Mark very quickly. Such exceptional customer service is rare.

Very helpful staff at Tuin. I got in touch with the company several times with various queries over the course of a week or two and Trina answered them all promptly, even though I am not quite ready to place an order (waiting on builders to do other preparation work first). I shall definitely be going back to Tuin when I am ready to buy.

Good order and delivery processes
The order and delivery processes all went to plan and the friendly delivery guy put the cabin on our gravel drive in the best possible position.
Three queries were all answered appropriately, maybe felt a bit slow.
Cabin is half built as we speak, no issues yet, and fitting together well.
