Tuin Shed Update November 2025
Update 16th November 2025
I am pleased to say I have finally come to an agreement with Tuin. Their colleague Wayne arrived from Norfolk armed with everything that was needed and worked in difficult conditions for two days to resolve the issues with the leak.
It has taken some while, but with a new member of staff in Marketing, Melanie, who was willing to listen to my complaint and act accordingly, I am more than happy with the results.
I now have confidence that, if anything should arise in the future, Tuin will be willing to give the customer support required.

I have finally had help from another shed supplier who said that they would come and resolve the problem with my leaking Tuin Emma shed, even though it was not their product. I have had the whole side panel of the shed and the cross pieces felted and the leak has stopped even through Hurricane Amy.
There are many good reviews for Tuin products, but be aware that if you need after sales support, it can be a nightmare.
I would never recommend purchasing their sheds again in view of the lack of taking responsibility for a product and follow up customer service when there is a problem.
There will be no more from me, but just be warned.

I am very sorry to read that your problems were not addressed effectively in 2023 and this has lead to needing to seek help with another company. This is not at all the process we would want you to have had to seek and it is regrettable that you felt this was the only option open to you, indeed that it has taken nearly 2 years to rectify is certainly disappointing.

Chloe log cabin
Chloe log cabin, some damage to parts on delivery but got over this by cutting out the damage.
Ordered the insulation for roof and floor but unfortunately the floor insulation was too thick which would have been higher than the door threshold so I had to order a thinner insulation material to get the flooring into place. Very disappointing!

Wonderful Paint
Great advice. Karen was very helpful and showed an interest in my project. I bought the "Carefree" range and I must say that this paint is like silk and dries with 20 minutes. Brilliant stuff!!!

Get comms and great product. I ordered a finial and gold ball for my gazebo. It came on time, well packaged and the product quality was fantastic. Installation was tricky but looks great. I would highly recommend TUIN.

I can’t praise these guys enough
I can’t praise these guys enough. Order process was seamless and summerhouse was delivered on time as promised. The delivery was awkward due to access but no problem for the driver. He was delayed earlier on his drops but still turned up late into evening.
These buildings are a genius design that allows assembly by anyone with a small amount of DIY capability. The wood quality is excellent for the price and the amount of information and support available during assembly is very useful. I’m also impressed by the after sales care. I needed some more flooring and it was dispatched within a couple of days. Overall I can thoroughly recommend Tuin and their products.

Great outdoor kitchen building
Great garden building. Instructions could do with some minor improvements but otherwise very happy with my purchase. Took a couple of weekends to complete it working mostly on my own but it’s a big building at 6.8 metres by 4.5. We sit outside pretty much every evening now

Excellent Product
Bought a log cabin from Tuin 3 years previously. Product and delivery excellent. It required new wood stain and preservative this year and again delivery and quality of the product was great. Highly recommend this company
