Terrible service, no one ever answers the phone for customer support, they have not been able to deliver the products twice and have rescheduled, they also sent an email of the products that they will be delivering and it is not the correct amount of products. Very disappointing, I don't trust them.

Did you send us an e-mail with your ordernumber? If not, could you please do so? Our reply can take a little longer due to extreme circumstances. If your delivery was not complete, the products that have not yet been delivered will be delivered. As soon as the subsequent delivery is complete, you will receive notification of the delivery date.
At the moment we are working hard to solve our understaffing on customer service, but this means that the processing of the mail takes a bit longer than normal. Our three full-time telephonists try to speak to everyone in spite of the enormous crowds as quickly as possible.
We are currently working day and night to process all orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Trusted Trust pilot but I should have read the Google reviews instead
I placed my order based on the rating of Trust pilot but I should have read Google reviews. My order was placed over the weekend and was confirmed I should receive Tuesday but then Monday got a note that my delivery was delayed due to technical reasons.
Long story short...
It's nearly a week later and I am still missing items from my order. No response from Tuincentrum via email, no followup from them around when the delivery will occur, wrong items delivered. etc. WILL NEVER order from this place ever again.

we ordered at tuincentrum.nl because we were promised delivery in 2 days. We got the message next day that delivery in 2 days won't b possible and it can happen when tuincentrum is able to book transport - maybe 4,5 days maybe later. We proposed paying extra for trasnport to get it in two days. that was not possible either. We canceled the order 23 June, today is 27 July. We are still waiting for the money. Already sent 4 reminders and got confirmation twice that the money is sent. it was not. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop.

Low quality
I ordered two acer palm trees (Japanese esdoorn). Delivery was quick but the quality of trees was very low comparing to similar shops such as directplant.nl where I usually shop.
Some of trees branches were broken, the trees look very sad and unhealthy, and the pot was filled with lowest quality ground nd soil.
I am dissatisfied.
