I have ordered 3 plants from their website and returned one a week ago. They have nicely requested my bank details to return the money and since I have provided that I have not heard back from them. I sent another email to check if the money has been transferred and if not when to expect it but I still have no reply to that

Good quality and service
The plants were in good condition and the service was fast and friendly. They even carried everything, without question, up four flights of stairs. Highly recommend them.

not great plants/flowers...
Not as expected.
flowers did not have the expected dimensions.
ordered 9 plants only 2 were as expected.
For those prices, I could taken better plants/flowers at the corner of the street. I just hoped something better from Holland.

Excellent service!
The website was easy to navigate, the selection and choice offered was wide and interesting. Being able to choose the delivery date was very useful and important; and the delivery service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Very happy to use the service again – oh, wait! I already did! :-)
