Works perfectly fine! Just have a little bit of time. For me it's always 20-30 minutes for the delivery. Still great service and the cards work.

I had a very disappointing experience with Turgame.

I purchased a Steam Wallet $5 code, and my payment was charged immediately. However, after more than 24 hours, my order is still showing "Processing".

I contacted support twice. They eventually replied that the product is "being sourced," but they could not provide any estimated delivery time. My support tickets were also closed without resolving the issue.

If a product is out of stock, it should not be sold as instant delivery. Customers deserve accurate information before paying.

I hope my order is resolved soon, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I ordered a product key, paid for it, then ot told me to wait for them to deliver the code to either my email or to the order page if they don't have on stock it will take from 30min to 1h. So i waited 10min, 30min, 1h, 2h, 5h, 10h Still nothing, this site is a SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM IT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WITH NO MORAL, NO DIGNITY, NOTHING STAY AWAY FROM THEM 44$ LOST IN THE WIND

The delivery was delayed by about 2.5 hours, which was a bit disappointing. However, the most important thing is that everything worked perfectly. The key activated without any issues, and there was no scam or deception. Overall, I'm satisfied and will definitely buy from this seller again.

I bought 20 iTunes code in 1 order. Turgame asked my credit card picture and my location. I’ve sent but never get the codes nor my money back.

I GOT SCAMMED!

Overall everything worked! I could redeem code on my Turkish PSN account without issues. One improvement I’d suggest is that when making a purchase, I was asked to verify my phone number, and it said the code is sent to WhatsApp. I was having issues logging in to my WhatsApp account, and even though the website said switching to SMS, I didn’t receive any SMS. I’d suggest adding Telegram integration, since we mainly use Telegram where I live. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase :)

They don't deliver the product, they invent problems that don't exist after payment, and they still don't deliver the product, stealing $60 from me. I hope they're happy! Terrible service. Horrible experience!

I paid for an order and completed the requested identity verification process. My documents were accepted by the system and the status shows that verification is under review.

However, more than 40 hours have passed, and I have neither received my order nor a refund. Every support ticket receives the same automated response asking me to complete verification, even though verification has already been completed.

I have provided all requested information and contacted support multiple times, but no one appears to be reviewing the case manually.

At this point, I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of communication. I hope the issue will be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

I paid for my order on TURGAME, but the product was not delivered. After payment, the order was put into manual verification. I was asked to upload a photo of my credit card, which I did, but 48 hours later the order is still not delivered and I have not received a clear update.

This is a very frustrating experience and raises serious concerns about their verification process and customer support. I hope TURGAME either completes the delivery immediately or issues a refund.

I bought 2 x steam card 5 USD, and both keys are invalid
I created ticket to support (May 9, 2026), and no one answered me. And June 9, 2026 this ticket was closed with no answer!!!
Don't trust this store

IT"S SCAM STORY!!!

Instructions for gift cards were clear and worked. My order was fulfilled only a few hours after my payment, during Turkish working hours. No complaints.

They charged my card immediately and was supposed to be delivered within minutes and now 24 hours later and still processing.
Whrn reached out to cancel my order, instead of canceling they just message me that they'll deliver it soon, when im not asking for it to be delivered and they wouldn't cancel it although they never delivered the product that was supposed to be delivered in minutes

I Never Used the Product and Still Haven't Received a Refund

I followed the company's rules, did not use the product, and still ended up waiting weeks for a simple answer.

That sentence summarizes my entire experience.

After purchasing a digital product, I discovered that it was not compatible with my region. Wanting to handle the situation correctly, I immediately contacted support and requested a refund before viewing, redeeming, or using the code in any way.

I followed the company's policies and instructions throughout the process. Support informed me that my case had been forwarded for review and advised me not to view the code while the request was being handled.

At that point, I expected a straightforward review and a timely decision.

Instead, weeks passed with little meaningful communication and no clear resolution. The most frustrating part has not been the refund request itself, but the amount of time spent waiting for updates while trying to follow the proper channels and comply with the company's requirements.

As customers, we are expected to respect a platform's terms and conditions. I did exactly that. In return, I expected transparency, reasonable response times, and a fair review of my case.

Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning the effectiveness of the support process when a legitimate issue arises. A customer who follows the rules, does not use the product, and cooperates with support should not have to wait weeks without a clear answer.

I am sharing this review so that other customers understand that if they encounter a problem with their purchase, resolving it may take significantly longer than expected based on my experience.

I sincerely hope the company improves its communication, response times, and customer service practices. If this matter is resolved fairly, I will gladly update this review to reflect the outcome.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for an Apple Gift Card, and after payment, they asked me to verify it, but nothing happens when I click the verification button. Support is handled by a bot and can't help me resolve the issue, and they refuse to refund my money. Please don't buy anything from them. My money is lost, and I never received the item.
