In all my years dealing with the customer service personnel with companies, I have never ever had such a unbelievably positive experience as I have in my dealings with Turntronics.
From the moment I had my first contact via email directly with the owner, till the short time in which the company paid me, I was just absolutely "blown away" with his straight forward, honest, respectful, and extremely professional approach. He explained every detail requirement and procedure that I needed in sending my computer to be checked. He sent a prepaid shipping label to send him the computer. His team analyzed and checked over the computer in a very timely fast basis, and the owner then responded with the amount of monies he would offer, and asked if I would accept the amount. I accepted immediately his very fair offer for payment, and within 2 days I had received the check.
I just can't possibly explain enough how thoroughly impressed and satisfied I have been over this total experience from beginning to end. I have already spoken to and encouraged several others who were contemplating just throwing away their old computer to contact Turntronics. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! I am deeply indebted to the owner and his whole team.

TurnTronics let me know when my computer arrived and that they were testing it; within two days they said everything checked out and they confirmed method of payment. I stayed with check, and it arrived in two business days. The check cleared immediately, and that was the end. I do kind of miss my computer (had it 4 years, used it everyday, and it still looked like new)--whoever has it now should be as happy with TurnTronics as I am!
