I replaced a MacBook Pro with a newer one with a Retina display. The old one looked brand new and performed perfectly, so I looked into selling it to TurnTronics, and I am really glad I did. I received what I considered to be a fair offer. They provided me with everything I needed to ship it to them, and within a couple of days, I had the agreed upon amount in my account. It absolutely could not have been easier and I would recommend TurnTronics to anyone!

I found my transaction to be absolutely stellar. The quote was true and accurate. The payment was quick. I am completely satisfied and hope to do business with Turntronics again.

I was selling my MacBook Pro and had already received, but mot yet accepted, an estimate from another online company. After receiving the quote I waited two days before I decided I'd sell it. In the process I found the price offered dropped by $400. This pissed me off and I searched for another company. And found TurnTronics I'm glad I did the price they quoted me and paid was $300 higher the first quote I received. That's $700 better then I would have gotten if I had sold it to the other company. Their prices are great even better (after sellers Fees) I could have gotten selling it on Ebay. Thanks Again

I have sold an iMac and MacBook Pro to Turntronics. The process of receiving an offer was easy, the price very fair and the ease of shipping the computers very easy. As soon as the units were received by Turntronics I received an email notifying me and once the unit was checked out (within a day) the funds were sent to my PayPal account.

I looked around a lot of places to sell some old MacBooks to. TurnTronics offered the best prices. I thought the process was easy, and when I shipped my stuff to them, I could track it. They confirmed when they got it, tested it quickly, and cut me a check very promptly for the amount they promised. It was great.

I filled out an estimate form on line and I thought their estimate was fair. I followed their easy instructions and in 2 weeks or less I got paid exactly what the estimate was. I recommend this service!

I recently sold my old imac to TurnTronics. When starting the process, I visited several sites who offered the same services for purchasing the Mac. However, Turntronics was the only one that seemed to offer a genuinely fair price. From beginning to end, all aspects of the transaction ( appraisal, free mailing, communication, etc.) were professionally handled. TurnTronics appears to be one of a dwindling phenomena—-a class act.

I was very Leary about mailing my computers to a company I researched on the internet? Would they pay me? Would they say the computer was worth less than they quoted?
Well- TurnTronics was amazing to work with! Not only did they notify upon receiving my computers, they sent payment immediately and for a higher value than expected!

Much better than Gazelle as far as the pricing that is offered and very simple and easy working with TurnTronics. I received my payment within 2-3 days of my computer arriving to their offices.

I will use Turntronics again. It's a "mom & pop" that handles itself like a major company. Chris made me a fair, guaranteed offer, and we talked through both of our concerns. I was paid relatively quickly, and communication was constant throughout. This is where I will sell all my future electronics, and where I'll send my friends and family.
