Sent my TV in to be repaired. Prompt response on whatsapp to suggest error on TV via a picture and video I’d sent.
Quoted £120-£160 to repair.
Problem - purple light circles showing on screen, visible in a few spaces..
Collected and received a message to say it was repaired.
Delivered TV, on checking if the repair had been carried out, we now had white spots on several lines all over the screen.
Disaster
Told this was wear and tear and they had replaced the backlight which is the cost and bill of £160 to pay.
Very disappointed at no point were we told the TV now had other spots, at no point were we advised there could be other damage which would be irreparable.
We wouldn’t have bothered to spend that much in the first place, rather have bought another TV

The website would have you believe that someone will be out the same or the next day, along with it being a professional service and I quote ‘the best’.

Unfortunately I have been messed about for 2 days in regards to the TV even being picked up, on top of that I’ve had to chase up myself with what is even happening with arrangements.

There is nothing professional or reliable about this company, there is no structure and no system. Yet plenty of excuses and poor time management skills.

I’m very very unhappy with the whole situation as I could of had it picked up and fixed by now.

AVOID - they are time wasters!
