Exceeded my expectations, highly recommend

Very honest when I asked for updates on when the watch would be delivered. But I would say that it could have been better if Cestrian had proactively told me that the watch was a bit delayed.
The quality of the watch is absolutely unbelievable, especially at that price. I can't believe the "extras" you can get vs other, bigger, brands.

Good experience, prompt reply to a query I raised before the delivery of the watch as it was on Pre-Order.
Didn’t really follow up to advise when the watch would be coming but I didn’t see that as an issue.
Watch was received, well packaged and I’ve left a separate review.
Doesn’t appear to be a manual for the watch in their user guides, which would be useful.

Lovely watch but I have a problem with the crown thread which makes it almost impossible to screw it back in. Only had the watch a week and have to return it which is a bummer as I really rather like it thought I would add to the rev. Reached out to customer care and they were brilliant. Agreed the watch had an issue and had a brand new fully working replacement out toe the next day so 5 stars as far as I am concerned 😁😁😁

My first experience with Cestrian watches is a positive one. One Instagram picture was all it took and I was sending money the next morning. The watch arrived from the other side of the world in about a week and I have to admit it's both beautiful and a good timekeeper.

Definitely a step up in quality from previous versions.
The bracelet feels solid and the sapphire almost appears to not be there.
