I’m sorry to hear that you package has not reached you yet. Regarding the circumstance with the tragic Corona Covid-19 situation in the world, no one really knows how the mail services are working. In Sweden, where we ship from, the shipping is still working fairly well, but I have read in the news that the situation in US is much worse. I also read that the US Post Service has lost 50% of its operations, which of course also can affect their ability to deliver the package.
When checking the tracking on you package it is now travelling through US. The tracking says that it is ” on track to be delivered to its final destination" right now.
For now, with this tragic situation in the world we can’t do much more than wait and see when the packages will arrive. Please take care and try to avoid this devastating virus.

We are very sorry to hear that the shipment took so long. We are shipping out of Sweden and it can take up to 14 working days to reach the US. It should not take two months though, but when the shipment has left Sweden we must rely on the receiving country´s mail service. Since the “standard shipment without tracking” was selected in the checkout we can´t track it down during the shipment. It is possible to chose “trackable shipping” and “express shipping” and both those should be faster, and of course, trackable.
