HI. Here I am, a month later. STILL with nothing I ordered.

HI. Me again.
It now has been WELL over 14 shipping business days and I STILL haven't received my etching gel, my bonding glue or my micro brushes. I am extremely aggravated considering I paid over $500 for these materials and its almost a month later and I am yet to see what I paid for. I have tried contacting them and I haven't heard anything back but they seem to read these reviews so here I am. I have everything I need BUT the crucial essentials needed to actually put the gem on the tooth. At this point I am tired of this waiting game and would NOT recommend anyone to buy any of their products.

Again, I’m sorry to hear that your perception is that we don’t answer your emails. The first one you sent to us we answered with in the same day ( CET, the 21 of November) and the second we also answered with in the same day ( CET, 10th December), have you checked you spam filter so that the email have ended up there?
To you question that we replied to in the emails, we have followed your package all the way to your nearest post central, but we have no more updates after the 27th of November. The standard procedure for us is to start an investigation with the American and Swedish post companies. Unfortunately, we can’t effect the efficiency of the American post companies, but we try our very best to solve the problem. In the latest email , that you have responded to, we have offered an solution to cover up for the American post company’s inability to carry out the service to deliver the package.

I ordered my twinkles kit a few weeks…

I ordered my twinkles kit a few weeks ago and have had a lot of satisfied customers in such a little time. Shipping does take a little bit in a world where we are all used to 2 day shipping but other than that I haven't had any problems. High quality materials and high quality service is a perfect match!

I think the pieces are beautiful…

I think the pieces are beautiful however the wait time and the sizes are a little disappointing. I’m gonna have to charge my clients a little less. It’s partly my fault I didn’t do my measurements on the pieces I just trusted there pictures. I’m still gonna purchase now I just know not to Ofer certain items .

Twinkles’ kit is over priced, and doesn’t work

Twinkles’ kit is over priced. All of the extra “advertising” stuff is unnecessary and doesn’t really promote business. The glue gets easily clogged in the syringe and tips are NOT reusable. I bought extra gems from a website online that sold 100 pack of the same gems for $5 a bag. I wish I could return my purchase but twinkles doesn’t allow returns once their kit is opened. Disappointed, do not invest in this kit. Buy the tools you need separately.

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our kit. We sent you extra tips and offered support and to replace the syringes you had trouble with.
The kit contains 6 Twinkles 18-24 carat gold jewelry, two with precious diamond stones. Twinkles is our registered trademark and cannot be bought anywhere else except for from our dental distributors.
It is always a good idea to start with the crystals until proficiency is high enough to bond real diamond gems.
From our e-mail conversation I understand that you have not worked in the dental or tooth jewelry business before, so it might be new to you that products sold for business (B2B) are not covered with the same conditions as consumer products. We state this clearly in our web shop policy.
