Account suspended on Twitter/X without explanation – no response to appeals

My Twitter/X account (@maya2023rebel) was suspended without warning and without any explanation via email. I’m an OnlyFans model and was using the platform to post photos and short clips of myself, along with my OnlyFans link—just like thousands of other models on Twitter/X.

I did not violate any rules (I only shared teaser content, not explicit material directly on the platform). I’ve submitted 4–5 appeals through the official form, but I haven’t received a single reply.

This feels like an unfair and inconsistent decision, and shows a complete lack of transparency from Twitter/X. I hope they will review my case and either reactivate my account or at least provide a clear reason for the suspension.

I was charged twice for the same X Premium subscription using the same card, on the same day, with identical invoice details. Despite reaching out to X Premium support through all available channels (direct messages, emails, and public mentions), over 24 hours have passed without a single acknowledgment or response. My account clearly shows two identical subscriptions active and set to renew, yet no action was taken to clarify or correct the issue.

I am not upset about the financial loss as much as I am disappointed in the total absence of customer care from such a large platform. If this is how X treats paying users, it reflects a worrying disregard for transparency and accountability.

To make matters worse, after this issue, I experienced shadow banning on my account, which severely impacted my ability to engage with others on the platform. This suggests a systemic failure and possible retaliation, making the experience even more frustrating.

Additionally, Stripe’s support was equally unhelpful. They acknowledged the double charge but refused to take any action on my behalf, directing me back to X Premium for resolution, despite the lack of responsiveness from them.

What’s more concerning now is that I am unable to log into my account due to what seems to be a complete account ban or shadow ban. This makes it impossible to follow up or resolve any of the issues mentioned.

This is my genuine experience, and I hope others are aware of the risks before subscribing to X Premium. The platform’s customer service and handling of issues is deeply concerning.

I am filing this complaint against Twitter (X) due to their failure to address a serious impersonation issue on their platform. Despite multiple reports and attempts to resolve this matter through their official support channels, Twitter (X) has not taken appropriate action.

Issue Summary:

An account impersonating me was reported for violating Twitter’s (X’s) policies.
The account was suspended but later reinstated without explanation.
Despite following Twitter’s (X’s) procedures and submitting necessary information, my requests have been ignored or denied without proper review.
Twitter’s (X’s) lack of action is causing harm to my online reputation and personal security.
Steps I Took to Resolve the Issue:

Filed multiple impersonation reports through Twitter’s (X’s) help center.
Attempted to contact Twitter (X) support via email and in-app support.
Received automated responses with no resolution.
Requested Resolution:

A thorough review of the impersonation case.
Permanent removal of the impersonating account.
A clear response from Twitter (X) explaining their decision-making process.
Twitter (X) must be held accountable for its failure to protect users from impersonation and its lack of effective customer support. I request that this matter be escalated and addressed promptly.

Absolutely appalling support

Absolutely appalling support. Both my personal, and business account was hacked, and I changed my password, but the hackers managed to enable 2fa on both accounts, so I can’t access either of them. I’ve contacted X support team about this, and both times dismissed me and told me that I’m wrong and that I can login??? Then I emailed back, and both times never got an email back. This was nearly a month ago, still no reply. I am extremely annoyed about this situation, as X support is genuinely terrible. If you’re looking for a platform that will help you recover hacked accounts, this isn’t the one for you.

Monetized hate and propaganda

Undoubtedly the worst social media platform on the internet. It is full of misinformation and hate. Entire accounts are dedicated to spreading propaganda and inciting hatred towards dark-skinned people. Worst of all, they make money thanks to the sites monetization system. We're talking about Neo-Nazis and other hate groups that dehumanize large segments of the population and get verification marks for it. This is an incredibly dangerous tool that leads to the rise of fascism and ethnic violence.

I've been trying to use Twitter for a few months now, and it really just doesn't work as its supposed to. Unless you pay you don't get boosted by the algorithm, and almost nobody sees the posts you're making. Really frustrating experience, let alone the way its used as a far-right propaganda machine.
