Excellent service from Daniel and Otto (correct names I hope!) They communicated well, were polite and friendly, and very understanding of complex family situation. I would recommend them again.

We decided to use this Removals’s company for a small but complicated / heavy relocation of a heavy queen size bed.
All seemed to go well… until we looked at the white bed base noting it was now scratched down the entire length of one edge. They dragged the heavy base down the stair well leaving white paint on stair treads. No Apoligies, no honestly.
A photo was texted to driver, nothing. Same photo texted to coordinator from whom a reply was received advising he will contact me. Then nothing.
I emailed same complaint and received a reply saying we will investigate and let you know our findings in six business days. So I have an ugly scratch on our bed which is something I could have done and was the reason we booked professional movers.
Not happy.
Update_ advised we should have taken out insurance which insinuates it’s my fault. $60 offered which won’t go near to covering costs to repair. Beware of using these amateurs.

I have used other removalist companies in the past. And rarely did all the guys work consistently (almost always) so the jobs took a long time.

I have now used 2 men & a truck 4 times. They all work hard, consistently and carefully. Making the job smoother and quicker. The teams I have encountered have all been polite and easy to communicate with also. Highly recommend to anyone

Let me start by saying that the men who arrived did a great job. They were timely, efficient, and perfectly pleasant. My problems are with the booking system and professional conduct over the phone.

I called to book in a job a week before my move. I was told I would receive a confirmation email. As happens with moving, I became sidetracked and forgot about this, marking the job as confirmed in my head. The day of the move, however, I realised that I had not received anything. I called and was told there was absolutely no record of my booking. After being transferred to the move manager, I was told that they had been "hoping" they could do my job and "had been waiting for a driver to put in their leave application" to tell me whether or not they could proceed with my job. When I asked why they did not simply tell me they could not do it, which I would have found perfectly reasonable, the manager told me "they were just really hoping to do it". This left me on moving day with no hope of calling another company. I was then reprimanded about how hard it was to book a job on a public holiday; again, I asked why I was not told this before, as I would have simply booked with another company or rearranged my move with enough notice. The move manager repeatedly told me to "find another removalist" when I told her how unhappy I was, and then I was made to promise I would not complain in order for the job to go ahead.

The procedure of gambling on a job and refusing to tell the person booking is completely unacceptable. It is understandable when a company cannot provide a service; however, not telling me meant I was stranded on moving day, being threatened with the move not going ahead if I complained. I certainly will not be booking with this company again.

This is a business with no integrity, and one that does not care about its customers. As I write this I am sitting on a couch in the Columbia, MD Two Men and a Truck location being ignored, for the 3rd day in a row, by the managers. I have stored my belongings here for over 2 years after a move to Alaska. I called over a month ago, from Alaska, to confirm that I could access my storage to sort through it and get some things shipped. I bought an airline ticket, rented an AirBnB, and rental car. I called them again 48 hours ahead of my arrival to confirm I would need access to my belongings. It’s been an absolute nightmare. They have my belongings and will not give me access, saying they are too busy out on calls to help me, or indeed to even give me any information at all. They knew I was coming, they knew I was flying in only to go through my storage, and they’ve done nothing but give me excuses. Abdul, one manager, said that he would get my storage ready for me to access on the first day I called from Alaska and told me he would call me the next morning at 8am. He never called. I called the office at 8:30am and was told Abdul was busy- I left a message. He never called me back. When I finally got into contact with him later in the day he said the general manager Russell would call me before end of business. Russell never called me. When I called the office right before closing because I had no information and was about to leave on the flight to DC the lady who answered the phone said that all of the managers had already left for the day. They all knew my situation, and they all just went home. No call, no timeline, no information, just gone. I just now arrived at Dulles Airport, picked up my rental, and drove here because it is too early to check in to my lodging. That was supposed to be the plan: I would use this morning to begin sorting through my things. What kind of business does this to a customer? They have my belongings and are denying me access.

Everything was fine. Especially Camille & the driver Mateus that did the job.
