From riders - to riders! It all started in the UK, Exeter when Matt got an idea of Two Wheels Empire name - first it was a custom motorcycles brand, and now an ebike premium accessories shop. We've changed and we've grown to ebikes, but we've still got the love for Two Wheels: Petrol or Electric.

Ordered a speedi

Ordered a speedi. Send the wrong product twice had to pay for a return. The 3rd product was supposed to be right. Still didnt fit then broke trying to remove it. Just dont buy a speedi it doesn't work. I contacted the manufacturer too and it was the same with them.

Avoid *****

Received the volspeed v3 and contacted two wheels Empire the next day as was unable to go past 20 mph. I had explained I wanted to pay the difference and exchange product for the speedbox 3.3 instead. What should have been a simple swap turned out to be days of flaffing around sending messages back and forth. In the end they wanted upto 30% re-stocking fee with is absolutely ridiculous. ( nearly £50) now going through trading standards and they failed to complying with consumer rights
Avoid and get product from elsewhere
