After 3 attempts
After 3 attempts, I finally received a working motherboard and cpu. The reason I hung up on these people was because they accused me of not knowing how to install them. I returned the items, not a white powder substance or some stupid book I have never heard of or owned. Although I was very happy with finally receiving a working product I am extremely upset of the outright lie that I would be so low as to return an item other than the one I purchased and some kind of white powder substance. I am not that kind of a person, therefore the likelihood of ever doing business with these people again is extremely slim.
