We have been using txtNation's HLR lookup service for about 7 months now and they've been quite exemplary in their service.

Our Account Manager, Paul Cross has been available to assist whenever we've had challenges and quick to respond to our queries.

This company is great at making you money but once they come to payout they are the worse they can use some improvement on that area because i have been patient with this company and have enough in my account and they tell me i can expect a purchase order within two weeks and once two weeks is passed still no purchase order so in my opinion they are not who they say they are? Im highly starting to doubt this company and they pay services I have logged in tickets and still nothing... Im really angry with this company and im trying to contain myself in not being angry with them or using bad words but trust me in my opinion theyre the worst when it comes to pay out im still waiting on purchase orders and i dont receive anything... If they dont resolve this quickly im taking further action in their company and their services so if they can play this game so can i... Trust me on if you are wanting to join this company then dont? You will make a mistake because this company make promises they cant keep and give you hope... If I dont hear from them in the next 24hours they can hear from me and my lawyer because im done with this company and when they only make promises they cant keep... Dont join if you want your money been taken from you?

Was testing one of their services which seemed like it was working fine in the test phase, but after a pre-payment of the service and implementing the service into our production environment, I found out it wasn't working as it intended. After talking to their tech support, they concluded the same thing.

Talking to the account manager and he acknowledged the issue. As we couldn't use the service, I asked for a refund of the pre-payment. I asked again 3 months later and was told: "It is being reviewed".

This is now almost 1 year ago (a very long review for a not very complicated matter or large amount).

I have tried to get in touch with our account manager numerous times during this year via Skype and phone. He ignores me completely, not returning calls or messages.

To me it seems like he/they are deliberately ignoring me to avoid doing a refund. In any case an extremely unprofessional attitude and definitely not someone we would ever consider using again or recommend to anyone.

We've been working with txtnation for a few months now, and are live in 5 countries.

There had been a few hickups in miscommunication in the past, for instance we've been given information that after a few checks turned out to not be 100% accurate. But after notifying them about this they have more than made up for it by assigning a very dedicated account manager (Paul Cross) to our projects and I can now honestly say we are running very smoothly.

they are very flexible in negotiating payout terms, as long as they see you are bringing in consistent volume in revenue.

We've had 2 previous companies in the same space and have worked with several competitors of txtnation. For now, they are living up to their promises and are impressing us with the dedication they are showing in helping us in every step, growing our company further. Using txtNation for Bulk SMS for our Wholesale business for a while now. Support is good, payment terms are good and delivery rates on routes are excellent. Slight delay in getting set up, but apart from that very efficient and hands on company.
