Although i wasnt the original buyer of my balancer, the aftersales/service department diagnosed my problem and talked me through the process of recalibration of my machine. I cant fault my experience and i know when i need some more equipment i will definitely buy from them.

The Sales Manager and Aftercare Team were exceptionally quick at sorting out a very small issue for me when my new balancer arrived incomplete. I messaged them during the evening and by 9am the next morning I received a reply from Anthony to let me know that the Aftercare Team had sprang into action and sent out the missing items. I look forward to receiving them tomorrow and can highly recommended Tyre Bay Direct for their customer service. The Atlas WB Lite is also a great little balancer with a good range of balancing options that's very well made and was delivered with care in a plywood case. Thanks for the great service and my new balancer. Very pleased and impressed.

I had a problem with my balancer.
The engineer phoned me and patiently with expert in depth knowledge of my macine solved the problem i was having.

I run a mobile tyre fitting company in Milton Keynes and we had a fair few jobs lined up for the day when the tyre machine turntable switch decided to snap, we called tyre vat direct and they were quick to diagnose the issue over the phone, they sourced the part for us and allowed us to pick up same day, later that evening we were struggling to fit, we got hold of Neal from tyre vat direct and he was absolutely amazing in assisting us with fitting the part over the phone, he was very patient and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road that day and The company is lucky to have him on board, great customer service, highly recommend!

I rang Tyre Bay Direct looking for a specific piece of equipment. The lady who answered my call was very pleasant and said that although she wasn't 100% sure, she would get another member of staff to call me back. Literally 10 minutes later that person rang me, and even though they did not have what I wanted, he very kindly suggested somewhere that might. Now that is customer service.

very good company, fast and correct delivery, and very good service

Delivery took longer than expected, but decent bit of kit, (tyre changer & wheel balancer combo).

Everything absolutely fine - delivery, goods etc.

Ordered tyre valves and they turned up within 48 hrs as requested, all as described and in good condition.

Placed an order and only half the order delivered with no explanation to when or why the rest would arrive , following 2 phone calls another delivery was made but still one item missing , I made another phone call and the item was sent but it’s taken a week and cost them 3 lots of transport when it should have been one. I must say the lady in customer services was very helpful 👍

Very helpful customer services team.
Called them to ask advice regarding what to order etc, and they went above and beyond! Completed the purchase online, very simple and easy. Delivery was faster than expected too.

Having purchased a tyre machine and balancer in the past and the excellent service from Neal at TyreBay Direct, I recently purchased the RB3000 scissor lift. An amazing piece of equipment and wonder how I have ever managed without. Service and delivery was spot on, even in these difficult times. 5* TyreBay Direct!

Incomplete address was given to the courier twice so my order was sent back to the depot and I had to phone to get it redeliverd.

really helpful! Can’t fault Ant one bit just had a FaceTime call with him so he could explain to us how to use the RB800 tyre balancer. Quick and simple highly recommend!

I have today from 9am till 4.30pm trying to get to speak to someone to place an order, no one has answered the phone and no one has returned my call even after leaving numerous messages and yet on the website it states we are open and we are delivering, someone had suggested on facebook but so far been really disappointing experience, i have even emailed but still no contact.

very poor customer services - very poor dispatch system - no technical information - never buy - after waiting 5 days I asked them to cancel the order and refund but still not being cancelled and refunded.
