One of three cat tracking companies we have tried. One company (not to be named) still haven't shipped our order from a month ago.
Enormous thanks to Debbie for her help in setting our tracker up and getting used to it. Recommend.
Mixed review
As a product, it generally says what it does on the can. However, it does go a bit crazy at times and tells me my cat is on the motorway about a mile away and then somewhere more local to home a few minutes later. Although it is a subscription I feel that maybe a courtesy e-mail to say they are due to take payment would be useful. At these times when money is tight for people it would be helpful to have advance notice.
Great after sales
Great after sales. Voice subscription confused me and Mary was exceptionally kind in explaining how it all worked. I'm not very good at tech so I feel more confident now. I don't usually write reviews on line but Mary deserved it.

Save your money don't use.
I ordered and paid for upfront for two years service, the tracker worked at first but was intermittent and not very accurate, after a few weeks it stopped working all together. I managed to get a replacement from them but unfortunately the second one was also intermittent and was sometimes showing as being several miles away! In the end I just stopped using it. Fast forward and now they have helped themselves to another 2 years subscription fees from my account for a product I'm not even using! Once you purchase a subscription there is no option to cancel, I had to do a Google search to find out and if you read the small print they also don't do refunds! Buyers beware!!!!

First time we have ever used a GPS on…
*update* less than 2 months in the tracker has stopped working. Initial contact was great trying to resolve this, as soon as I requested a replacement under the warranty my messages started to be ignored !
First time we have ever used a GPS on our cats, he likes to wander and go AWOL, Initial feedback is this is a great priced tracker and user friendly app. Recommend it. Very easy to set up
and use on multiple devices. (Turn the local base station off and it gives you a pretty accurate location showing you where your cat has visited) A great product. We charge each evening as the battery life isn’t brilliant (could be to do with us checking where the cat is constantly, sure that novelty will wear off😂) I was a bit worried about the size on the collar but it’s actually really light and he has no issues wear it like he’s been tagged.

Absolutely shocking product and customer service.
The tracker is not user friendly, the battery life is extremely poor. The device was not working therefore set to offline by the helpdesk, my 76 year old Father took the dog out and the tracker was lost, on its first use! unable to track as Ubeequee had set to offline to try and reset. I have asked for the costs to be refunded as this is Ubeequee's error that it could not be tracked when off line but I have been ignored twice! Customer service don't respond to 'help' messages as promised, or reply emails.
I have since bought an alternative tracker from another company and WOW what an amazing product rate 10/10 I only wish I had gone to them first.

Friendliest company
The friendliest company I have ever dealt with. They had to deal with me losing my temper over a delayed parcel. I did not realise they shipped with Royal Mail and the strikes are not their fault. You might need to use another delivery company if the strikes continue sadly. The watch xmas gift for my niece arrived today so my panic is over. I will definitely get myself a cat tracker in the new year.

The Ubeequee help desk from superb to ghosting…
An update to my review on 26th November and after Sam from Ubeequee got in touch to comment on it. Emails were being received all of a sudden and a refund was confirmed but then they stopped all contact from 13th December and i've heard nothing again since despite sending emails myself & i have checked my 'junk' and nothing from Ubeequee has gone in there previously. I'm unable to reply to a comment to a review so am editing my review in the hope that Sam will see it and get back in touch so my refund can be actioned. It seems such a shame to have a help desk that isn't properly attended to or if there are issues with the tech they need to be resolved so customers aren't left hanging like this. There isn't a phone number that i can find so we result in leaving a review to provoke contact which doesn't feel very nice to be doing and also its a lengthy process when replying to an email should suffice to resolve.
The Ubeequee help desk was initially excellent, offering lots of help and suggestions to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my tracker.
Essentially it wasn’t offering me key features in the package I had purchased for 2 yrs. Nothing they suggested resolved the issues and I spent weeks with a malfunctioning tracker and meanwhile my pet wasn’t being tracked properly which was a big concern.
As soon as I came to the regretful conclusion that I would need to cancel my subscription, they sent a vague & inaccurate email from someone I had not spoken to before & shut down the communication. They have ghosted me ever since; not one response to my emails asking for the balance of my subscription to be refunded. I’ve tried email multiple times, Messenger and now this. There is no phone number to be found on their website.

Not serious company and rubbish products!
I give them 1(one ) star just becsuse i can't give 0(zero).
I bought the cat tracker device with one year subscription from their site. After activation the device worked for almost 3 days in total, then freeze and never worked again! I was extremely disappointed as we bought the device in good faith. I asked for a full refund and sent the device back tracked delivery. I was told I will be refunded in 14 days as per terms and conditions. I agreed bur after more than 3 weeks there are no money in my account! I contacted the company true email numerous times but nothing but excuses and empty promises! This company and their devices should be avoided as the company is not serious and devices are cheap rubbish!

Like Debra, (on trustpilot - review 07.11.2022), I initially liaised with Debbie as I have issues with the tracker - cannot connect to internet despite everything I was told to do. I have been emailing back, probably twice a day since (initially raised about a week ago) and I am not getting a response to my emails. I have asked for them to call me to go through any steps I have missed but nothing - My cat hasnt been out for a few days and is clawing the furniture, he is as frustrated as I am. I have given my phone number and practically begged someone to get in touch or email back but nothing.....:(

Had a problem with our dogs gps tracker. Initially they were brilliant. I am now STILL waiting for my replacement tracker which was alledgedly sent out 2 weeks ago. They are now NOT answering my emails and I am getting very angry about it. Sam, Mary and Debbie have all previously responded and now nothing. Very disappointing won’t be buying anymore from you.
10.11.22 - contacted Sam as per he reply to my review. We suddenly realised the tracker has been sent to a different address. It arrived yesterday at this address so all resolved now and will collect at weekend.

First class customer service
I’ve been a customer now for about 16 months and to start with I was a bit concerned that I couldn’t contact them by phone however I didn’t need to worry as their customer service is best in class. They respond really quickly with everything you need to solve your query rather than just answering your specific request. Their product is very reliable as well. Special shout out to Sam who is first class with their customer service.

Great discreet tracker suitable for smaller cats.
I was sceptical about fitting a gps tracker to our small cat but this works really well and is well tolerated. Its also pretty accurate and I have been amazed at where the cat goes. The shareable app works well although we had to make a couple if support requests as the instructions are a bit sparse. Pre and after sales support is very good. Overall a great purchase which I would recommend.

Great service, we lost our dog whilst on holiday in France (she was totally deaf, did not respond to recalls) with the tracker we traced her within 20 minutes. Unfortunately we have recently had to have her put to sleep. UBEEQUEE have been great and cancelled my subscription. I will renew when we get another dog.

Brilliant GPS tracker. Outdoors it tracks my cat to within 5 metres. Best you'll find outside the US military lol! I thought this might be a cheap and cheerful tracker but it's a giveaway. Recommend

Love the trackers from UBEEQUEE, they are really very accurate and the peace of mind of being able to check the cat hasn't got herself a little too close to the road...invaluable!
The customer service is brilliant! They get back to you really quickly and have always been friendly, helpful and even gave me a discount for a replacement when I lost one of our trackers (I let the battery run out before noticing it was missing).
Highly recommend these trackers and this company.

Excellent after sales help
I do find it wasn’t accurate at first but now understand that GPS often can’t pick up from inside. Therefor you have to pop outside for a minute or too for Ann update. But mostly works really well. Excellent after sales help and advice. Reasonable monthly subscription too. I would recommend this British company

This is an excellent device and app! Would highly recommend it. The app shows where your kitty has been so if you have one like ours, who wanders everywhere, it’s good to see where she has been - but also where she is at any given time. Easy to use app and device. Excellent customer service. An excellent produce that helps to keep your cat/pet safe.
