Avoid Ubeequee
The website is crap. It is confusing and unclear as to what products have what features. The app is no better as it has many features not supported by your particular device. Again, it’s not made clear. Customer service is slow to respond and generally unhelpful. I would not recommend ubeequee to anyone. NOT a good product.

Not very accurate. Still cant let my cat out because it doesnt track where he is, the tracker can be in my house but the app shows it 30m up the road.

Poor service total lack of communication
In common with lots of reviewers I have not had a good experience with this firm ! Initially a good response to a query and issues connecting the gps watch to my phone BUT then total silence with further issues the watch stubbornly maintainimg it was in a town 30miles away !
I have returned the watch I know it has been delivered but after 3 weeks no refund and no response to e.mails. What a poor customer experience !!
I will have to proceed through my bank to get my money back - more hassle whilst dealing with my husbands dementia.

“Offline” NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased this for our cat with a heart condition.
Put a harness on him and off he went.
It was often “offline”
When it was connected it was not accurate. Then the cat returned home without his harness on, so tracked it to attempt to retrieve it and it was offline.
So not traceable at all. No reply on emails or social media messages. So no customer service AT ALL!

Our Cat was disappearing for 4 days plus at a time, so we wondered what he was up to. We looked at several trackers before selecting Ubeequee. The device seems big for a cat, but he didn't seem to stress so we let him out. We tracked him as he wandered up the farm track at the back of us until he Reached the LCFC training ground. He spent some time there, but he then spent 2 days circulating the farm and all the buildings. We then noticed he was coming back rapidly and he turned up at the house to present us with a mouse. We have spoken to the farmer and he is happy for him to be up there (about half a mile away) especially if he is catching mice. So we are now happy as we know where he is.
Tracker
First one broke down after a few months. No phone number to call have to wait for emails to be replied to. Next gps is better but battery is really bad only lasts a day a day and a half at the most so really unhelpful.
A reliable and good value Tracker/Subscription
Having had a poor experience elsewhere I tried UBEEQUEE - as the price for the tracker and subscriptions were reasonable and others had given good reviews. So far this has worked well/reliably and enables you see where your cat goes.....as with all the GPS trackers I think it would be hard to actually locate your cat due to the time lag and cat (generally) being on the move.
Awful company
Awful company. Customer service is shocking/ non existent. My cats tracker stopped working and I email support to ask for help- they initially replied with some suggestions but it still did not work so I emailed them back and asked them to send me a new tracker as I will still in the warranty period for the tracker I have. I have had no reply. This was two weeks ago, since then I have sent them a further 2 emails asking for someone to reply to me and asking if I can make a complaint and I have not had any reply back. Its been three weeks now.

Impossible to get a reply from their customer service. I have requested a cancellation of my subscription on the 7th of August. Now it’s nearly October and still no reply, no refund, nobody got in contact with me all this time.

Refund of renewal subscription
I had a two year tracker subscription for mother who has Dementia. During that time she has gone into a dementia care home. At the end of the subscription I cancelled the automatic renewal but they still renewed and took the subscription from my account. I complained and was informed that the subscription would be refunded promptly. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the refund and am getting no response from customer services, even though their policies are that they will respond within 24 hours and resolve the matter within 48 hours. I have referred the matter to my bank to get my refund. Avoid Ubeequee at all costs

No customer services sent them few emails during the month time, non of one got the reply, the watch was dead after the first week of purchase, no customer services response, no refund, no message, no communication, highly recommend the owner should closing the business, it is totally lied to the customers.

UPDATE.... IT IS NOW 20/09 AND STILL THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO ENGAGE WITH MY EMAILS OR REFUND ME. SADLY MY ONLY OPTION IS SMALL CLAIMS COURT, THANK YOU UBEEQUEE FOR ADDING MORE STRESS TO MY ALREADY STRESSFUL LIFE CARING FOR MY HUSBAND WITH ALZHEIMERS.
I really am absolutely disgusted with this company. The tracker itself as a product worked ok and as my husband has Alzheimers I thought this would help greatly with his increasing wandering. Sadly he wouldn't keep this watch on and it was returned complying with all the criteria requested.
Receipt of the watch has been confirmed, apologies made by themselves and a refund promised.
Weeks later, now emails are being ignored and still no refund. No phone number to call and a bucket load of extra stress on top a a life full of stress!!!!
Stay away from this company is my advice.

No Customer Service
This company is terrible . The product looks great but be aware they do not respond to any form of communication and for the period of the free subscription it appeared to work . The difficulty comes when trying to upgrade a subscription. 4 weeks in and still not able to resolve.
This watch was purchased for being able a person suffering from dementia to be able to track him and relieve the stress of such incidents . yet trying to set it up just adds to your problems.
