I am in France: Order 782602200812 placed Feb 16, I can see my package arrive in france Feb 24, then go to Dubai, then uk, then Czech Republic and today April 2. I am being asked to pay taxes to release but i don’t even have the name and number of shipment company to contact them.
For a 14usd item, I paid 21 usd handling… and nothing after 6 weeks! This is getting ridiculous

Full marks for the purchase and delivery. I am dissatisfied with the Elehear Beyond Pro product, the sound is too "sharp", for example, the aces hiss unpleasantly in the ear. Battery life could be better, sometimes it runs out before evening.
