Unreliabe shipment, too expensive, untrusted
They promised 3-6 working days express delivery. I paid the extra fees, but the shipment delayed and the item is missing somewhere between warehouses in USA. Too expensive site for products you can find elsewhere with lower prices about 150% cheaper! Tacking numbers not provided in time or do not exist on universal tracking!

A pleasant shopping experience overall
This time I purchased the Gaylord Archival Tan Wedding Dress & Textile Preservation Box with Tissue Paper - 18W x 30L x 6"H and the Gaylord Archival Unbuffered Acid-Free Tissue Paper (25 Sheets) - 30 x 40", and the overall service was very good.
Unfortunately, there were some cardboard fragments inside the box and part of the box was slightly dented, which I believe was due to the shipping process.
I hope more protective packaging can be added in the future.
