It was so easy to use the help system with uCheck. The operator that chatted with me was called Jan and she gave me clear instructions so that I could make the necessary adjustments to our system. So quick and much easier than listening to the music in a telephone hold queue !

Great experience

I have worked in the Healthcare industry for over 18 years and have used many companies for my DBS applications, Ucheck is by far the best one i have worked with. The turnaround time is very quick, they have excellent communication, all the staff are very helpful especially Jean Davies who i just got off the phone with, and the system is very user friendly. I wish i found them sooner.

Such a smooth process, any issues are resolved over the online chat. We've used ucheck for all our DBS checks over the past few years and had such great service. Special Thanks to Jan who helped over the online chat and approved the application and helped me complete the forms.

We have recently registered with uCheck to obtain enhanced DBS checks for our volunteers. We will be compleeting our first application this weekend for one of our volunteers who lives over 30 miles away. I thought it would be a good idea to go through the 6 page application form in advance to ascertain exactly what information our volunteer needed to have with her to enable us to complete the DBS application. I found you could not scroll through the form without populating all the required fields so I phoned uCheck to get them to email me a blank form. The agent who took my call, James Dawe, explained they do not have a blank form but that I could complete a dummy form and as long as we didn't press the send button on page 6 we would not be charged the application fee. I explained that this would be quite time consuming and to my surprise, James offered to prepare one for me and email it through which he did. This proved very helpful and also gives James a blank to send to other clients wanting to see in advance what information is needed. Thank you James for a great service.
