This is not an insurance company they’re a broker.

This is not an insurance company. They’re a fraud, advertising as an insurance company but they’re actually a broker, advertising on a brokerage site. After getting a quote on money supermarket.com I paid the deposit and this clown company then sent a text and email saying my insurance would be cancelled at 5pm that same day if I didn’t call them.

First off why didn’t they call me if it was so important. 36 min on the phone only to find they wanted to up my insurance by £25 a month. I cancelled when they let slip they were a broker and they charged me a whopping £45 to cancel.

This is illegal as they have not sold me what was advertised and then charged me for a phone call wasting my time.

Avoid at all costs. I’m not having to use legal consumer rights to get my money back.

Best of all the guy I spoke to hung up on me lol.

Bad company took money for insurance…

Bad company took money for insurance couldn’t get the vehicle insured gave another quote different to what is on compare market and didn’t refund till date after a month of cancellation of policy and even took cancellation fee despite I didn’t have a single day insurance with them. Con company

This company is misleading and

This company is misleading and, in my experience, takes advantage of customers. They initially provide a cheaper quote and then ask you to call them, only to increase the price significantly. If you refuse the higher quote, they retain a large portion of your deposit. Don’t use them

Far too long and drawn out to sort out…

Far too long and drawn out to sort out car insurance. This is the first time in my years of driving over 30 years that I have had to supply so much information and spend far too long on the phone dicussing what has already been supplied on line.

Shop with confidence

Ryan was exceptional at explaining and answering questions and is a good example of a member of staff who give you confidence when buying insurance. I’m very impressed with the quality of customer service.
