Excellent service from start to finish.
Very helpful assistance from Layla in customer services. Delivery was quick, on time and tracked all the way to my door with a helpful two hour delivery slot. On top of that the wheelchair for my wife is excellent and at a price far less than I was expecting to pay. A positive experience and I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I ordered a cushion for my daughter's wheelchair, as the one supplied by the NHS was too thick, meaning her feet couldn't touch the floor so she couldn't self-transfer. The cushion I ordered was half the thickness, and just as comfy. I ordered on a Sunday, opting for their standard delivery, and it was delivered two days later on Tuesday. One happy girl, and one happy dad.

I am so very impressed.

First class service. Order placed mid morning and wheelchair delivered free of charge early afternoon the very next day. I made the choice of chair without consulting the company but am delighted with the chair, Esteem Eclipse Ultralightweight. Well made, folds easily and takes apart to easily fit between the front and back seats of our Skoda Fabia.

I’ve been searching around for suitable wheelchair (self-propelled) for last couple of weeks and based on friend’s recommendation settled on model (Ergo Lite 2 Self Propelled Wheelchair). As this experience is new to me, I did my research (online + calling companies) and found UK Wheelchairs had great deal, availability + turnaround/delivery time.

Speaking with Leila at UK Wheelchairs (14-Dec-22) she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very professional, providing answers to my many questions. Based on this feedback, I made my decision and purchased “Ergo Lite 2 Self Propelled Wheelchair”. I would highly recommend UK Wheelchairs to anyone considering purchasing any type of mobility device!!

We placed an order mid afternoon and the wheelchair was delivered around noon the next day. It was far cheaper than the local shop and other online retailers. I asked a couple of questions using their chat facility and got prompt honest answers so placed the order. I would definitely recommend this company.

Communication is terrible. No tracking number was sent. They don't even answer their telephone.

Very disappointed with this company. I came home from hospital with a badly broken ankle and almost delirious with pain. I had no idea how I was going to manage and knew that a wheelchair was going to be essential to my recovery. I tried unsuccessfully to hire one so was forced to buy. I ordered a wheelchair from this company and subsequently realised that it was going to be too big to go through the doors of my house, I couldn’t measure these as I was bed bound. I was therefore forced to cancel my order and was charged £90 for delivery costs plus a re-stocking fee. I was given the opportunity to accept delivery and then arrange for my own return but I was too stressed and in so much pain that I just couldn’t face this. Lesson learnt, find a wheelchair company that cares.

Outstanding service. Ordered late Tuesday night, phonecall from a lovely pleasant lady on the Wednesday morning acknowledging order and informing me my item could take 3 days to be delivered.. Arrived the very next day, great service from DPD too. Would definitely use this company again and recommend.
