If I could give this Company a zero I would! They have absolutely no compassion, send out goods that don't even compare to the pictures, ignore your requests via email and phone, are blatantly rude when they FINALLY get around to replying (at their convenience!!) and never update you or apologise when THEY don't deliver!!! Please trading standards, do something about this god awful Company asap before more people get ripped off! I cannot recommend highly enough how much you STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!

Bought bean bag from Wowcher, what I got was a horrible shiny thing which is tiny and has no filling.

Complained to Wowcher who put me in touch with UK Beanbags, who are THE most annoying company as they ignore emails and do all they can to avoid returns.
They ignored my questions and just copied and pasted their responses from previous emails. Then today, over a MONTH since I have been trying to return the item (which was delivered in Dec) they said they'll only refund if I return it in it's original packaging!!!!!!!!!!!!! I clearly don't have this and they know it!

Con company, do not buy from them!!!

Ordered beanbag for Christmas. 2nd January still not received and no word if I will ever receive. Unfortunately ordered via a Wowcher deal and they couldn't care less. Never use Wowcher or UK beanbags again.

I placed my order on the 2/12/19 expected 9/12/19
Still hasn't arrived 18/12/19.
It hasn't even been sent out according to yodel.
It was my little girls christmas present.
Really not happy and will not order again

Sadly I agree with all the other reviews. We saw this and thought it would be a great extra present for my 17 year old daughter for her room. Once it arrived, it's now got to be a gift for my just 3 year old grandson - he's the only person small enough to use it. I too feel conned, total rip off. Lesson learned - read the reviews first!!

The picture on Wowcher makes this look like good sizes beanbags, but in reality they are so small as to be useless for anyone except a small child. I returned them (and had to pay postage costs) but UK Beanbags don't make it easy. Never again!

Bought the high back beanbag with footstool from UK Beanbags through Wowcher. It was advertised as “was £99, now £28”. So I thought wow what a great deal. What I got delivered was a small flimsy mess of a so called bean bag. Absolutely awful. Definitely not suitable for anyone over the age of 7 as it is tiny. Feather’s weigh lighter. I missed the 7 day return period as I left it in the box too long. Absolute con. Not worth a fiver. Disappointed with Wowcher too, not the first poor product bought through their platform. Think they need to vet these companies better.

Bought via wowcher offer. In advert looks like a nice sized beanbag and footstool. In reality it's tiny. After waiting for it to be delivered my son is really disappointed with it. Would not purchase from this company or via wowcher again!

Bought the deal off wowcher had to wait almost a month for the item to be delivered and OMG never seen anything like it in my life wud not pay £1 for it ! Total waste of money but wowcher ain’t takin any responsibility and the bean bag company askin me to pay for postage to return it and they won’t refund me my costs of postage to return! I am disgusted with the service received I wish I had read the reviews before buying it am still waiting to hear from the management team at both wowcher and bean bag UK as I am not willing to pay for postage to return the item when it’s ther problem clearly thy should be shut down and wowcher should not advertise such rubbish from such a bad reviewed company ! Not happy in fact fuming as my child was promised a nice bean bag for Christmas a received a load of rubbish it does r even stand up ! If only I cud post photos ur in for a shock !!! Product not as described. Never answer their phone and when message left they do not reply. A rip off!

Avoid, I ordered a leage bean bag and footstool through wowcher. Expected delivery 8-1-2019. It's now 15-1-2019 and nothing contact back from the company about my emails or calls and still not product. Spend a little bit more and get your product from a reputable company as these cowboys are a shambles.

I was expecting to take delivery of the highback beanbag with matching footstool on the 20/12/2017 but at present 08/01/2018 I have still not received it. My emails to them have not been acknowledged and my phone calls have not been answered. I have no idea where the goods are and I know my money was taken the day I bought the goods on the 11/12/2017.

I cannot give no stars which is what I want to give- 1 star is too much
Ordered on the internet 3rd December over £100 and since receiving confirmation e mail nothing apart from my credit card debited. The website is supposedly down for maintainance and the phone calls are not answered and no one returns the call - I feel I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.
Please don’t get caught like me.
