We are disappointed that you feel the items were over-priced. Silver coins and minted silver bars are currently subject to high demand but are still in short supply. When they are available, the manufacturers are charging higher premiums on top of the silver content, and we have reduced our own margins in an effort to offset some of the increases.
We do aim to offer our customers the very best in service and value. Whilst we understand that you choose not to engage further with us to resolve your misgivings over your recent order, please feel free to contact us immediately if a similar situation should arise in future as we would be happy to examine any competitor’s offer with a view to at least matching it and beating it if we possibly can.

Good E2E Experience
That was the first time I buy a gold bar online. I was very nervous about the delivery but eventually, the gold was safely delivered to my home. The gold bar I bought is a PAMP gold bar, therefore, used the PAMP app to verify the gold bar, the bar is 100% real. Really happy with the experience with UK Bullion and will definitely recommend it. Besides, their customer service is responsive.

I very much appreciated Jan's efforts to make sure the product was delivered safely. I like that the product comes in bland packaging. So to the Royal Mail postman it could be anything.
