Good CS but slow delivery.
I used this company because they assured a quick delivery of my change of name deed poll. However, 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my documents. I’ve contacted them and customer service was very quick to reply and assure me of a fast resolution but I’m still waiting. Fast response to review and sorting the problem, but haven’t received any documentation yet.

Ordered in August, now October nothing recieved because they sent it to some random address in london and the customer service team seem to lack basic English reading comprehension skills. Just did a charge back with my bank and a complaint to the ICO for a data breach. Seems like I'm not the only person who had stuff sent to the wrong place either.

Happy to take your money, but in no hurry to actually do their job!
Ordered and paid next day delivery. Nothing arrived. Emailed and they didn't really have an explanation, just said it doesn't look like it's been dispatched, let us know in a few days if it doesn't arrive and we'll send it again (not sure how they can send it again, when it didn't get sent the first time). I asked for refund on the postage, as obviously that was pointless. They refused. Still nothing arrived, so I asked for a full refund and they did comply. But please explain to me why you would even have this business, if you can't be bothered to send out what the customer has paid for. And what a cheek to not want to refund the next day delivery payment, when they hadn't even posted it at all! Very blasé attitude.

Later than promised and less than I paid for
The product was what I expected but the advertisement said it would arrive in a couple or three days. After you pay, they tell you the Post Office is having a strike and it will take 10 days. Besides, when it arrived, even though I had paid extra for 12 copies, only 11 copies were inside the envelope.
So the description of the product and the time promised were a little overpromising and underdelivering, but the price was fully charged.
