While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst company Chris an a whole and a bad bricklayer

Please and I mean please do not work here, 2 weeks ago I worked here with 4 of my colleagues, we did everything every thing they asked but yet they kept complaining to our agency saying we was talking whilst working like we’re kids. even in extreme conditions we got all the work done but they would complain to our agency every day. Every time we confronted them about this they would say there’s no problem and then do the same thing again. Despite moving 800/1200 bricks they would get annoyed that we would take a rest but never tell us that they annoyed by this. In the end they sacked my whole agency without no valid reason they even brought back people they originally sacked just to get rid of us.

DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU WANT JOB…

DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU WANT JOB SECURITY.

The ONE star is for the supervisors at the work because they actually care.

I worked with UKG directly. At first, it was okay because the job was good, the supervisors there are generally okay. It’s the Head office that is the real problem.

If you want a place where they let you go randomly without even having the respect to tell you face to face, work here.

If you want to get paid half of your money at the end of the two weeks WITHOUT no explanation, apology or notice, work here.

If you want to get let go, then re-hired, then let go again, work here.

You barely get any new tools and have to wait ages for the company to re-supply you (Chisels took 3 months to come through on a repair and break-out)

Honestly speaking, the company itself is not bad, it’s the people in high positions that ruin the work experience as they are out of touch with what really happens on site and do not make life easier.

This company does not have any due care…

This company does not have any due care for customers and other members of the public. One of their drivers who drove the car with reg LB66 XBX, deliberately drove their car into a cyclist. This has been reported to police and also informed the company. A week later no action or even apology from the company has been offered, this is just purely inconsiderate and just shows how this company operates
Please do not interact with this company… stay away
