They put the mistake right swiftly…

A small clerical error on their part meant that my visa got sent to the wrong address and rather than assigning blame and passing me from department to department, I spoke to one-person on the phone who immediately said “I can help you with that and get it dealt with straight away”. Thankfully they had tracked the visa since dispatching it and found out where it had been sent. It turns out it had gone to a neighbour about 3 doors down due to a mistake with the house number. I really appreciated the effort they went to just to sort this out.
