What a bunch of Ar$eholes

What a bunch of Ar$eholes. I was delivering some equipment to St. Marys and St.John Youth Fellowship for the staging of their Pantomime. I was parked outside the church hall for 5mins 03secs. WHile we unloaded the equipment. Then I left, got a parking ticket which I appealed. They refused and said the appeal was unsuccessful.

Disgusting ghost company

These are supposed to manage parking in my premises; they don't. I have only seen a warden three times in three years; the guy was on Tik Tok. Neighbours and visitors park in other people's spaces - including mine - and there are no consequences.

F..u.c..k them and I really hope they go bankrupt.

I received a £100 fine for parking my car over a white line designating spaces.

I received a £100 fine for parking my car over the white line of a parking space in the Gallagher Retail Park at Longwell Green. My front wheel was turned out because in front of my space was a pole with a metal bar around it which meant I could not straighten my vehicle. I was just visiting Boots to get a prescription for my husband on a very wet cold and windy day beginning of January. This amount for a pensioner or anyone else for that matter is EXTORTIONATE!!!! I want to appeal but taking into consideration the amount of appeals that have proven futile I do not hold up any hope. Would it not be more human and helpful to employ the same person giving out tickets to offer assistance to elderly, disabled people or Mothers with children but of course this would not produce an enormous amount of fines!!! This is not a criminal offence or a police matter just a private company with a licence to extortionate money out of customers. DISGRACEFUL!!!!

IMMORAL PARKING ENFORCEMENT COMPANY!

I got a surprise Penalty Notice through the post for parking, totally unknowingly I would emphasise, outside a parking bay. It looked like a parking bay and I honestly thought it was a designated parking bay but it turns out it was NOT - why would I park there otherwise? easpecially when the car park was empty. I simply needed 5 minutes to pop into 'Wickes DIY' to buy and pick up 6 heavy bags of topsoil from a typical out of town shopping shopping site in Eastbourne so being an OAP I naturally parked near their Store exit.
It is disgusting that there is NO way of contacting UKPC to discuss this/'appeal' the ticket as their so-called Customer Helpline numbe has just an automated message whilst appealing it by post just delays the inevitable rejection so adds to the cost of the fine. Even more disgusting is that my Notice was dated 23rd January and I did NOT receive it until 31st, a Saturday - 8 days!!! - SO I only had 6 days to revisit the store (not local) to check if the Notice was NOT a scam-scam and to check if I had parked 'illegally' and then pay the whopping £60 fine.
NO EMPATHY FROM UKPC FOR A GENUINE ERROR, THEY HIDE BEHIND ANONYMITY AND ARE JUST A NASTY PARKING ENFORCEMENT COMPANY WITH NO MORALS WHO PREY ON THE HAPLESS MOTORIST.
I WON'T BE VISITING ADMIRAL RETAIL PARK, EASTBOURNE AGAIN - THEIR LOSS!!!

Unfair and Intimidating Parking Charge…

Unfair and Intimidating Parking Charge Issued to a Disabled Customer

I received an unfair Parking Charge Notice from UKPC at Crown Point Shopping Park (PCN 3066560141121) while I was simply collecting a pre‑ordered item from Argos. I am a disabled driver and was displaying my Blue Badge, yet UKPC still issued a ticket claiming I was “not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space”. Their own photos show absolutely no breach of any markings, no obstruction, and no improper parking at all.

It is extremely concerning that Crown Point Shopping Park allows UKPC to intimidate genuine customers, including disabled visitors, who are using the retail park exactly as intended. This kind of behaviour creates a hostile environment and discourages people from returning.

UKPC has a widely reported history of issuing flawed or unreliable Parking Charge Notices, including previous sanctions for evidence irregularities. Based on that history, you would expect their evidence to be clear and accurate. In this case, it is not even close.

No customer should be treated this way, and certainly not a disabled shopper making a legitimate visit. This experience has left me questioning why retailers and site management continue to allow UKPC to operate in this manner.

No option for zero stars sadly

No option for zero stars sadly. On attempting to track my appeals letter today was informed by an official at the Post Office that the P.O. Box 1608 shown as the address for postal appeals on their paperwork DOES NOT EXIST. If you pay for 'signed for' mail you will not be able to track your letter. By not signing they make out your appeals letter has not been received so they can send more threatening 'notices' at higher and higher rates. Absolute evil! We inadvertently parked in the wrong space as the lines/markings were covered with snow. it was a shopping area we had not been to before. Absolute scum! My advice is to hold your ground and don't pay, let them take you to court and see where that gets them!

Quite the most moronic company I have ever experienced.

There isn't enough room on this website or time left in my life to describe how incompetent and stupid these people are.

I have put in at least four complaints using their official procedure and the only response is to tell me that the window for appealing the fine is closed. None of the complaints asked for an appeal, all were complaints about their inadequacy - which yo'll see is self evident.

UKPC £60 fine & £1.50 admin fee joke!

We rceived a £60 fine for apparently parking 23/12/25 in a section of a car park (Fforestfack Swansea) where there is an invisible line between paid & non paid (that we have been parking in for several years), in between the hours of 6-7am (for around 20 minutes), to add insult to injury they charged a £1.50 admin fee.

It looks like UKPC have swooped in all of a sudden seeing an opportunity to fleece the everyday customer when parking in Fforestfach & rob them of there hard earned money (& spending money in the shops, as why else would someone be on site parking at xmas).

We appealed, we provided our receipt for the shopping we did in Tesco, we have had no proof of where we parked & these magic UKPC signs have just popped up in the car park that we have never seen before.

UKPC are unscrupulous & i would avoid using any car park where you happen to see a sign with there name on it.

My disabled dad parked slightly outside…

My disabled dad parked slightly outside the lines of the disabled bay
He also has dissaociative disorder
For this he received a fine to which he says he appealed online with no response, he deleted the email so had no evidence to prove he sent it.
The bill rocked to £260 I helped him with an appeal letter, he recieved a form to fill in that he said was very confusing. And said he was happy to pay the original £35 fine for parking over the lines as he offered this the court charges were also added
So this old disabled man with memory problems has to pay £160
Iam disgust at this company

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Unfortunate to see big established franchises and names using them. Notice recieved weeks after the event. Paid immediately. Day after a threatening letter of referral and charge more than trippled despite paying the day before. Then despite being paid already another notice 2 weeks later from same company threatening to refer to debt recovery....... you cant call these people, its all automated and for payments only. It was then referred to a seperate debt recovery company (despite being paid already) Thankfully this company had a real person to speak to and issue hopefully is resolved. Even the debt recovery company lady sighed and said we have so much trouble with this company. Avoid any car park that says UKPC. Hopefully the businesses will realise they are losing out because of a greedy ridiculous private enforcement company.

Money making scheme rather than fair enforcement

I had an absolutely terrible experience with UKPC. I was a genuine paying customer at a restaurant and still received a £100 parking charge. I parked at an empty carpark in the dark with no obvious sign telling me there was a time limit. I went to the restaurant, had dinner and ended up staying there 10 minutes over the 90 minutes. I appealed, explaining the situation clearly, but my appeal was rejected without proper consideration. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, they had added an extra £70 on top of the original charge, bringing the total to £170! This is completely unjustified and feels like a money-making scheme rather than fair enforcement.
UKPC’s practices are unfair, their communication is poor, and they show zero willingness to listen to genuine cases. I would strongly advise avoiding any car parks managed by UKPC. Their approach is predatory and leaves honest customers out of pocket. I will never visit the restaurant again and will avoid places with UKPC sign by a country mile. Assholes.

Horrible thieves

Horrible thieves. They gave us a £60 parking fine for parking in the disabled bay (although if you have children it can be used as a family bay as well. I had both girls with me) The traffic controller was right in front of us and didn't think to even prewarn us that we may get a fine. The spineless rat waited for us to walk off. We confronted a few days later and he was asking us to appeal. This company decided to change all the signs in absolutely tiny handwriting. So many people in my area have had this problem in the same car park.I hope they rot.

THIEVES AND SCAMMERS

THIEVES AND SCAMMERS

I parked my vehicle in a designated disability space and showed my disabled badge. I visited the disability office located across from the parking lot at Brent Cross shopping center.

They observed me parking over there. I talked to a staff member at their disability office helped centre, and they didn’t bring up anything about needing to show another badge or obtaining a different badge from them for parking there or to move my car from that bay because I wasn’t allowed to park there. Upon returning to my car, one of their employees approached me and informed me that I would receive a ticket for parking in that spot. When I questioned why they hadn’t told me about this while I was in the office, they simply ignored me and left. I have now been issued a £60 parking ticket because they stated I required anadditional mobility badge to park in that space.

I made an appeal to them, but I understood they wouldn’t be concerned about my worries, so my appeal was denied.

Completely unacceptable. When will retailers understand that they are jeopardizing their own businesses by permittingthis group of THIEVES to take from their customers?
